Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 31,709 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/18/20: Exterior good, picture below, water level good, interior, one large dead bug disposed of, humidity good, no problems observed, ran shutter up and down
8/18/20: There was a 2020 census notice on the front door when I arrived photo below. The lawn was being mowed when I arrived.
8/18/20: Exterior good, car in drive, I removed pest control sign, interior clean, ran disposal 1 second, ran water from fridge door, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed
8/18/20: A plumbing contractors business card was on the front door when I arrived photo below. Brought in a phone book that was laying on the back lanai when I arrived. Weeds are growing in the pool pavers. Ran water slowly in the master bathroom sink with leaking trap. Watered the two plants on the lanai.
8/18/20: Weeds are growing by the pool photo below.
8/18/20: Exterior over all good, some soffit down in front, picture below, interior clean, humidity good, added bleach to toilets, watered trees, met Pest Control company this morning
8/18/20: Brought in 1 piece of mail & a pest bear door hanger see photos below. All the landscape bushes have been trimmed & the weeds appear to have been sprayed see photos below. The vacant lot has been mowed. Swept cobwebs off the entryway door & windows. Wine chiller in kitchen was on & read 53. Watered the plant in the living room.
8/18/20: Bushes and trees trimmed, photos below, interior clean no problems observed
8/18/20: The vehicle has been removed from the garage photo below. The kitchen faucet leaks from two areas from underneath when water is running, the valves are off & it has been tagged as such. The hot water faucet handle in the utility room leaks when water is running, the valve is off & it has been tagged as such. There are small piles of debris in several locations along baseboards & under window sills. Spiders & cobwebs along baseboards. Small puddle of brown liquid underneath the front of the vehicle in the garage. Can not access the mailbox with key provided. Turned the water main off to the house only when leaving.
8/18/20: No problems observed
8/18/20: The lawn is excessively long & weeds are growing in the driveway pavers see photos below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the HVAC condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Visual check of the dock & boat ramp photos below.
8/18/20: Sprayed an active wasp nest over the front door.
8/18/20: There was a browns tree service invoice dated 8-6 on the front door & the two tall palm trees in the front yard have been trimmed see photos below. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds.
8/17/20: The ac air filter is dirty & needs replaced size 18x24x1. Weeds are growing in the driveway & landscape beds see photos below. Turned water main off to the house only.
8/17/20: Removed a truly nolen sign dated 8/17 from the front yard. The pool filter canister lid was leaking when I arrived see photos below. Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds see photos below. There were a couple pool tiles laying on the bottom of the pool. Checked the pool bathroom.
8/17/20: The weeds growing in the driveway & all the landscape beds appear to have been sprayed recently. Wasp nest & mud daubers are on the entryway ceiling. Paint is peeling on the exterior left side front door just below the glass see photo below The fish pond looks clean & the water is at a good level photo below.
8/17/20: The weeds in all the landscape beds have been sprayed sending photos via email. The two front tires on the car were low down to 25 pounds, I filled them with air back up to 32 pounds see photo below. Took several photos of the exterior of the house & sending via email. Both dehumidifiers are working. Lanai furniture is in the guest bedroom. A section of drywall corner bead on the coffered ceiling in the master bedroom is slightly cracking.
8/17/20: Checked dehumidifier filter which was still clean. Photo of pool below. Watered the plant next to the front door on the inside. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.
8/17/20: There is a grand aire invoice on the kitchen counter dated 8/3 see photo below. The ac appears to be working correctly. There is some brown liquid underneath the front of the car see photo below.
8/17/20: There are honey bees going in & out of a hole by the soffits on the front of the middle of the house see photo below. Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds see photo below. The guest bathroom sink leaks underneath when water is running, the valves are shut off & it is tagged as such.
8/17/20: Pine needles are building up on the roof on the back right corner of the house from a large pine tree see photos below. The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the ac thermostat to 77 & the dehumidistat to 45% to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Photos of birds below.
8/17/20: The weeds in the front landscape beds appear to have sprayed recently see photo below. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate drain line. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Checked all damp rid buckets. Checked light timers. The guest bathroom sink leaks from underneath when water is running, the valves are shut off & it has been tagged as such.
8/17/20: The guest bathroom toilet runs, the valve is shut off & it is tagged as such. I turn the valve on to flush it then turn it back off. The master bathroom shower light switch is broken.
8/17/20: Weeds are growing in the pavers on the back patio see photo below. Checked all light timers.
8/17/20: Visual check of the boat, trailer & vehicle.
