Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 31,709 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/19/20: Exterior good, pool clean, water 3/4 skimmer port, watered 2 plants in pool area, picture below. Interior clean, no problems observed8/19/20: Exterior good, nice rainy day, interior clean, damp rid buckets in garage less than 1/2 full, humidity good, no problems observed
8/19/20: Exterior good, interior clean , poured vinegar down HVAC tube, humidity level good, no problems observed
8/19/20: Exterior, pool under construction, pictures below, water on upon arrival, off upon departure, interior clean, added bleach to toilets, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, humidity acceptable, no problems observed
8/19/20: Brought in a large stack of mail & sent several pieces of mail out. Weeds and vines are growing in the landscape beds. There appears to be a broken irrigation line washing out on the back right corner of the house which may be getting worse. Visual check of the boat photo below. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
8/19/20: The neighbors truck has been in the driveway for several service calls.
8/19/20: There was a white ford truck possibly the neighbor parked in front of your residence when I arrived & nobody was present on the property see photos below. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds. The lawn still has some browning in the back. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.
8/19/20: Visual check of the boat, the boat lift motor cover has been replaced see photo below. The kitchen sink faucet leaks from underneath when water is running, I shut the valves off & tagged it as such.
8/19/20: The humidity level was slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Visual check of the boat photo below.
8/19/20: Removed an elite pest control sign dated 8/18 from the front yard. Brought in 7 pieces of mail see photo below. Weeds are growing in the deco drain by the pool see photo below. Visual check of the boat photo below. Made sure to use the water main with the green handles only.
8/19/20: Brought in 1 piece of mail see photo below. The master bathroom toilet leaks from between the base & the floor when flushed, the valve is off & it is tagged as such. Valves are off on all toilets. Mini fridge on the lanai is off. Exterior potted plants were wet from rain.
8/18/20: Exterior good, lake water level low, pool clean and water level good pictures below, interior clean, humidity good, garage dehumidifier running at 48, no problems observed
8/18/20: Exterior good, interior clean, green light on car charger, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed

8/18/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, bushes trees have been trimmed, pictures below, interior one large bug master bath, disposed of, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no other problems observed
8/18/20: The kitchen sink faucet leaks from underneath when water is running, the valves are shut off & it has been tagged as such. Did not run water in the master bathroom shower until repairs are completed.
8/18/20: Checked all damp rid bags & air fresheners. Checked all light timers. No mailbox.
8/18/20: Exterior good, interior clean, no problems observed
8/18/20: There was a 2020 census notice on the front door when I arrived photo below. There was a foul odor inside the residence when I arrived, I found the compressor on the refrigerator has quit working and all the perishable food inside was rotted. I removed all the perishable food & wiped down the inside of the fridge with bleach cleaner. I unplugged it & left the doors open when leaving see photo below. The metal water main handle outside is broken & may need to be replaced soon photo below. Both bathroom faucets are leaking from the traps when water is running, I have tagged them as such. The bathroom bathtub faucet handles drip when water is running, I have tagged them as such.
8/18/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level good, interior clean, workers not present, humidity good
8/18/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water up 1” on skimmer port, weeds in pool area, picture below, interior clean and no problems observed, dehumidifier in garage 48
8/18/20: Found the door between garage & home unlocked, there is a Hughes exterminators card dated 8/11 on the kitchen counter see photo below. Bobs truck was in the garage. Tested the irrigation system, ran 2 zones.
8/18/20: A 2020 census notice was on the front door when I arrived see photo below. The landscape bushes on the left side of the house may need to be trimmed soon see photo below. The bougainvillea bush on the right side of the house is growing into the soffits photo below. The neighbors have been parking on an angle blocking the driveway not allowing me to pull in see photo below. Checked all damp rid bags & buckets. Visual check of the boat & trailer. The master bathroom sink drains slowly, it is tagged as such.
8/18/20: Exterior good, car in drive and yard sign by mower removed, pool clean and water level good, interior clean, no problems observed, pictures below
8/18/20: The humidity level was still slightly high over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived I lowered the ac thermostat to 80 to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Both pool cage doors are locked.
