Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 31,759 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/20/20: Removed a truly nolen & a problem solved sign from the front yard.10/20/20: Humidity little high, lowered humidistat down from 55 to 50 mitigate. There was cold air blowing from vents. Poured bleach in toilets. Turned breaker on and off to run disposal.
10/20/20: The pool filter canister lid is leaking photo below. The irrigation line on the side of the house appears to have been repaired photo below. The ac air filter is dirty & needs to be replaced size 17 1/2” x 29 1/2” x 1”. Brought in 3 pieces of mail photo below. Checked all damp rids. Watered the 2 plants by the front door.
10/20/20: When flushed the water in the toilets as a bit discolored, flushed until clear. Humidity level was acceptable.
10/20/20: Condo clean but humidity little high, lowered de-humidistat to 50 from a setting of 55, ac came on and cooled
10/20/20: There appears to be an invasive melaleuca tree growing in front of the juniper bush on the front right side of the house.
10/20/20: The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the ac thermostat to 79 to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly.
10/20/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity good, dehumidifier running at 52.
10/19/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/3 skimmer port. Alligator fishing pole in back. Interior 1 large dead insect disposed of, drywall damage in entry unchanged, inside humidity good, ran hurricane shutter up then down. Air Experts called to reschedule the appointment that was scheduled for today.
10/19/20: Exterior good, plant blown over. Interior some dead insects, 2 small lizards, vacuumed up. Photos below.
10/19/20: Exterior pictures, tree in back against house and Lanai, front left corner by entry area, some wood problems. Interior clean, watered plants they are growing, pictures below. Ran hurricane shutter up and down.
10/19/20: Exterior good. Interior 3 dead insects disposed of, mold in garage appears the same. Poured bleach into toilets
10/19/20: Exterior tree in front falling over? Pieces of stone on front step?, picture below, pool clean and water level good, interior clean and humidity good. Garage GFIs are good, attic no immediate evidence of pests
10/19/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean and humidity good, poured vinegar down HVAC tube.
10/19/20: Exterior animal digging burrow in front close to water valve, picture below , interior clean and humidity good, poured vinegar down HVAC tub. Alarm was set upon entry did not expect that as it was to be off per client.
10/19/20: Water on upon arrival off upon departure, bird nest and spiders rear elevation, front with vines growing onto driveway, interior clean and humidity good, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, shutters up and down. Photos below.
10/19/20: Exterior good, pool with small debris on bottom, water level 1/3 skimmer port. Poured vinegar down HVAC tube.
10/19/20: Exterior good, pool with debris on bottom and top or water, pool water level good. Handle on water turn off on rusted with sharp end. Several photos below.
10/19/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1” skimmer port, interior clean, humidity good, garage dehumidifier running at 46. Photo of skimmer port level below.
10/16/20: Drove the suv & the golf cart within the community again to keep schedule. The facia appears to be rotting in several locations on the back of the house along the pool cage.
10/16/20: The water main was on when I arrived. Drove the suv & golf cart within the community again to keep schedule. Brought in a large stack of mail. Ran mesh storm shutters up & down. The landscape bushes on the back left side of the house may need to be trimmed soon.
10/16/20: The pool pump is still leaking see photo below. Brought in a notice from the Charlotte county property appraisers office that was on the front door when I arrived photo below. Moved both vehicles out of the garage & let idle during the service call. The Toyota 4 runner had a message displayed on the dash saying that both the passenger side tires were lower then the drivers side, I filled them with air to match the drivers side using my cordless inflator see photo below. The display still has a message concerning a low tire but it might be the spare tire underneath the vehicle. Photos of remodel progress below. Ran mesh storm shutters up & down.
10/16/20: Brought in two large damp rid buckets & put them in the vehicle photo below. Mud dauber nest are on the entryway ceiling. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the ac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
10/16/20: Checked all damp rids.
10/16/20: The ac air filters are still really clean & do not need to be changed at this time. Checked all damp rids.
