6/4/21: The humidity level was slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived. I lowered the thermostat to 79 for now to circulate air & help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Checked all damp rid bags & buckets. Made sure light in garage wasn’t on.6/4/21: There were several small ants on the kitchen counter near the kitchen sink when I arrived. I placed several drops off Terro liquid ant bait provided from the utility room out on small pieces of cardboard near the vicinity of the ants. The garbage disposal is tagged for leaking from cracks on the side of it when it is being used & water is running. I no longer use it. Mini fridge in dining room was on & cold. Watered the plant on the lanai using the garden hose next to it & made sure to use the right side slider only.

I found the water timer in the garage & connected it to the hose spigot by the pool. The pool water level was at the optimal level of half the skimmer port. I ran water from the hose in it during the entire service call & set the timer to run for 30mins when leaving to bring the water level up even more to try & help offset any evaporation in between service calls. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 5/21 & 6/1 see photos below. Photo of the pool below.

The master bathroom left side sink has a slow drain. I have tagged it as such. There are hairline cracks in the stucco on the right side of the house.
6/3/21: Client contacted us & advised that the roofing materials discovered on their roof in the inspection report from the day prior were a mistake & not supposed to be there. The client was able to contact their HOA and have the materials removed from the roof but wanted to make sure nothing was damaged in the process. I went back to the residence & it did not appear that anything has been damaged. Photos of the area on the roof where the materials were placed below.
