9/22/22: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate line and chased with water as requested.
9/22/22: Couldn’t run water through exterior fridge door it just wouldn’t come out as reported previously. Did not run water through garbage disposal but did run the disposal for 2 seconds.
9/21/22: Drive by. Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Photo of the receipt with tracking number below.
9/21/22: Weeds in pool area have been sprayed and are dead. No additional bugs found at the front or back doors. The master bathroom sink closest to the toilet has very little water flow. Screen on the lanai was repaired. The weeds have been polled and everything looks very clean in the landscaping. I found no pest or evidence of pest upstairs in the attic. One section of the child safety gate around the pool was on latched again I latched it.
9/21/22: Kitchen wine cooler is working, utility room wine cooler is off. Weeds growing on the lanai I had intentions of pulling them but with the rain and lightning threatening I need to get the rest of the homes done on my schedule. The master bathroom faucets even at slow trickle had so much air it was shooting water all over the floor so when you return be aware of that.
9/21/22: Brought in five pieces of mail with a notice from FPL concerning burying the power lines in your neighborhood see photos below. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. Construction has started in the front yard.
9/21/22: Watered plants out back on lanai as the red one looked moisture starved and shriveled even though it just rained.
9/21/22: Picked up several dead millipede worms off the floors. The humidity level was back under 60% inside the residence after making the last adjustment. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly.
9/21/22: Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. The foyer light was on when I arrived. I turned it off before leaving. All the storm shutters on the left & right sides of the house are open. Wine chiller in kitchen area read 55. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Visual check of pontoon & dinghy see photos below. Sailboat has been removed from the dock.
9/21/22: No refrigerator was in the kitchen. Photo of the side yard below.
9/21/22: I watered the plant on the kitchen counter. The plant on the floor is dead.
9/21/22: Weeds prevalent in the landscaping, reported previously. Photos below.
9/21/22: Weeds have been addressed, photos below.
9/21/22: Removed a truly nolen pest sign from the front yard. Photo of the internet modem below. The online light was solid & the two WiFi lights were blinking intermittently. The humidity level was back under 60% inside the residence after making the last adjustment. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. The water supply valve to the water heater has some corrosion on it. Mini fridge in coffee bar is off. Mini fridge in the utility room is off. All storm panels are on. Visual check of the boat photo below. One of the straps holding the cover on appears to have broken.
9/21/22: The dehumidifier was on in the garage it was not running but it did read 60. I walked the house twice to be sure the toilets had filled and stopped running because the water main is to remain on. The pest hole out front has been filled. Black mold developing on the lanai, should be power washed.
9/21/22: Turned on the refrigerator, ice maker, kitchen appliances, water heater & left the water main on when leaving for client’s return. Photos of the lawn below. Dollar weeds are starting to grow in the lawn again. The sod on the left side of the house is brown & one of the banana trees has fallen over. All storm shutters are closed & panels up. Visual check of the boat photo below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
9/21/22: Visual check of the car, battery maintainer lights were on.
9/21/22: There appears to be consistent power outages or power surges in the community as the microwave clock had to be reset again. Checked all wood floors throughly.
9/21/22: Removed an undated Ranson pest sign from the front yard. There is a section of soffits pushed up on the right side of the house above the air conditioner. Swept up piles of dead ants along the baseboards. The water stain on the garage ceiling has not changed in appearance since the last service call. Will continue to monitor closely. Locked the door between the garage & home. Made sure to turn the water main off to the house only when leaving.
9/21/22: Walked the entire perimeter of the house, a couple of concerns with the landscapers photos below. Mainly they are accumulating palm fronds again rather than taking them in also the trees need the seed pods trimmed along the pool area, photos below. There was mail sending I out to you.
9/21/22: Poured 2oz of bleach in each toilet.
9/21/22: Brought in one piece of mail & a service slip from Southwest Pest Management dated 9/15 see photos below. The lawn has large brown areas throughout the entire yard. Irrigation system blue light was on.
9/21/22: Photo of the cactus below. It appears to be healthy. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Will need another container of vinegar soon. Watered the plants on the lanai. Mesh storm shutters on lanai are down. Left the water main on for the pool water auto filler when leaving.
9/21/22: Debris on the top and bottom of the pool. The spa bubbler will not work Minimal ant activity returned to the two areas mentioned last service call.
9/21/22: The MB toilet runs continuously ever so slightly so I shut it off at the valve. There are several active ant hills just outside the pool entry door, photo below.
