Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/31/18: At this point I believe it’s necessary to bring in someone to clean your unit from the mess the bees have made. There are dozens upon dozens of dead bees upstairs photos below. And there are dead bees throughout the unit as many as a dozen on the kitchen floor and dining room floor. I found a half a dozen live bees at today, the bee problem has not been corrected yet.10/31/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.

10/31/18: Replaced the Damp-Rid bags in the car.
10/31/18: Water was off upon arrival and bathroom is still under construction, photos below.
10/31/18: Replaced master bedroom closet Damp-Rid bag.
10/30/18: Watered exterior potted plants. I was not able to activate the alarm without the bypass codes. I pulled a Hughes Exterminators sign dated 10/22 from the front yard.
10/30/18: Removed a TrueGreen lawn care work sheet from front door.
10/30/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink or cabinets so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub true and water into.
10/30/18: Weeds that were growing in the cracks of the driveway and the landscaping stones have been treated and they are dead. Fern out back is yellowing photos last service call.
10/30/18: I brought a Fahey pest contywork order inside that was hung on the front door. I also pulled a sign of theirs dated today at 10:14am from the front yard.
10/30/18: Door to garage is locked. No work has been started on the lanai kitchen.
10/30/18: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates.
10/30/18: Entry hall and a living room both are chirping batteries need replaced. Tree next to entry walk way needs to be staked upright.
10/30/18: Poured bleach down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Battery dead on car could not start.
10/30/18: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in pas reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. Several fire ant hills in the yard and landscaping.
10/30/18: I swabbed both toilets. The lanai will need power washed soon.
10/30/18: I turn the water main on, I swabbed both toilets, I turned the thermostat down to 75°, and I turn the water heater on and insured that it was heating.
10/29/18: Weeds have all been treated and have died.
10/29/18: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai, stones and driveway, photos below. The thermostat display was off because of low batteries so I found batteries in your miscellaneous drawer to replace them.
10/29/18: The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed.
10/29/18: Spots on ceiling in the kitchen appear to be the same.
10/29/18: Found a dead rodent just to the right of the front door, I bagged and took this away, photo below. Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up.
10/28/18: Drove to Hawks Pointe home picked up garage door opener for Pennyroyal and drove it to Pennyroyal. Sat on counter next to keys
10/28/18: I pulled a few weeds on the lanai.
