Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 31,716 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/27/20: The dining room lights were on again when I arrived, I made sure to turn them off before leaving. Mini fridge in the dining room was on & cold.
8/27/20: Photos of remodel progress below. Ran storm shutters up & down. Left the storage room unlocked for now. No water in the master bathroom. Watered the plants on the lanai. Water is off at 2004.
8/27/20: Was able to free the seized garbage disposal using some wd-40.
8/27/20: The metal flange for the fire sprinkler on the upstairs bathroom ceiling has fallen & is laying on the floor.
8/27/20: Checked the water pan in the ac return vent.
8/27/20: Master bathroom bathtub has patio furniture cushions in it.
8/27/20: Ran water through fridge door. Drained water from system after water was turned off.
8/27/20: Checked damp rid bucket in master bedroom closet.
8/26/20: Put hurricane shutters down. Humidity too high, set the dehumidistat set to 55. Waited for AC system to come on a blow cold air, will monitor closely.
8/18/20: Put the empty garbage cans back in the garage.
8/26/20: Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door see photo below.

8/26/20: Visually checked all pictures on the walls.
8/26/20: Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door see photo below. Poured water down the guest bathroom toilet that’s shut off using a mop bucket to flush it to keep the trap from drying out.

8/26/20: Replaced the ac air filter with a clean one supplied from underneath the air handler per client. The humidity level is back under the acceptable level of 60% from the last adjustment.
8/26/20: The back guest bathroom bathtub plastic faucet handle broke when I turned the water on see photos below. I have tagged it as such. Some seed pods are starting to develop on a palm tree in the back see photo below. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet when finished cleaning them.
8/26/20: Brought in 5 pieces of mail see photo below. Weeds are growing in the deco drain by the pool. Visual check of the boat photo below. Made sure to use the water main with the green handles only.
8/26/20: Minimal weeds are growing in the landscape beds. Visual check of the boat photo below.
8/26/20: The master bathroom toilet leaks from between the base & the floor when flushed, the valve is off & it is tagged as such. Valves are off on all toilets. Mini fridge on the lanai is off.
8/26/20: Did not turn on the master bathroom shower per client.
8/26/20: The water main was on when I arrived. Weeds in landscape beds appear to have been sprayed recently. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold.
8/26/20: Interior clean, humidity good and front temperature 82.8, fridge possibly ready for filter, picture below
8/26/20: Exterior good, painters still on site, interior clean, humidity very good, no problems observed, pictures below
