Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 31,716 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level acceptable, interior clean, humidity good, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed9/8/20: Ran storm shutters up & down. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 52. Watered the plant in the kitchen & rotated it.
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, changed batteries in front door, no problems observed
9/8/20: The ac appeared to be working correctly, I raised the ac thermostat to 76 as the humidity level was back down inside the residence. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Removed the lock box from the side door. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 60.6% & 87.2. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool water auto leveler.
9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 2/3 skimmer port, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed
9/8/20: Found a missing sprinkler head causing a wash out in the mulch up against the left side of the house by the pool gate see photos below. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. Checked all damp rid bags which most are full & need to be replaced. Could not find any more damp rid replacements will need to bring more on next service call. Watered the 2 plants by the front door on the inside.
9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 2/3 skimmer port, interior clean, added bleach to toilets and poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, smoke alarm beeping in hall, car in garage low tire front driver side, humidity good, all is well,
9/8/20: Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door see photo below. There appears to be an invasive melaleuca tree growing in front of the juniper bush on the front right side of the house see photos below. The pool pump was leaking.
9/8/20: Brought in a large stack of mail & sent several pieces of mail out. The front lawn has some browning. Weeds and vines are growing in all the landscape beds. There appears to be a broken irrigation line washing out on the back right corner of the house which appears to be getting worse. Visual check of the boat photo below. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
9/8/20: Exterior good, weeds still on Lanai, interior clean, fridge filter light on, no problems observed, picture below
9/8/20: Exterior trim time, rain every day now, pool with little debris on bottom, pictures below, interior clean, all good
9/8/20: The humidity level was below the acceptable level of 60% since the last adjustment. Checked all damp rids, replaced a full bag in the upstairs guest bedroom closet with the last damp rid bag provided. Could not find any more replacement damp rid bags or damp rid granules inside the residence, will need more by next service call.
9/8/20: Exterior trim time and yard debris, interior clean, humidity little high, lowered thermostat to 78, waited for unit to come on, garage dehumidifier running at 48, stove pulled out? Also ant colony started by pool scree door, pictures below
9/7/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity acceptable, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, poured bleach in toilets. Packages at front door, mailbox was empty.
