Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 31,716 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/22/20: Exterior good, interior clean and humidity good, no problems observed, dehumidifier running at 489/22/20: Brought in several pieces of mail. The front lawn has some browning. Weeds and vines are growing in all the landscape beds. There appears to be a broken irrigation line washing out on the back right corner of the house which appears to be getting worse. Visual check of the boat photo below. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
9/22/20: Exterior good, interior 1 large dead bug disposed of, humidity still okay, no problems observed
9/21/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean and humidity good, all is well, pictured below

9/21/20: Exterior good, pool little debris on bottom, water level good, pictures below, interior with one small worm or ? Looks like a small snake (dried up), left for pest control to look at if you call them, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed, picture below
9/21/20: Exterior good. Downspout damage left side, picture below, pool clean and water level good,picture below, interior clean but water dripping guest tub and toilet in master bath keeps running, no problem as we shut water off when I leave pictures below
9/21/20: Exterior good, large wasp nest over garage door, pool clean, water level almost top of skimmer port, pictures below, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, splash of bleach in toilets, all is well

9/21/20: Exterior good with some tree debris, pool with some debris on bottom, picture below, interior clean, humidity little high again, lowered thermostat to 78. Work still underway on stove vent, dehumidifier running at 48 in garage
9/18/20: Was unable to drive the suv or the golf cart due to rain. The water pressure was low throughout the entire residence again.
9/18/20: Brought in a large stack of mail. Was unable to drive the suv or golf cart due to rain. Ran mesh storm shutters up & down. Weeds & grass are growing in all the landscape beds.
9/18/20: Was unable to pull the vehicles out of the garage due to the cabinet contractors box truck being in the driveway & it started raining see photo below. The water main was on when I arrived. Photos of remodel progress below. Ran mesh storm shutters up & down.
9/18/20: Mud daubers are on the entryway ceiling. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the ac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
9/18/20: Checked all damp rids, replaced full bags in both closets.
9/18/20: Threw away the census form per client.
