7/8/21: Drive by checked & emptied the water pan in the ac return vent.
7/8/21: Found the water main handle inside the garage next to the storage room. Made sure the water heater, oven & ice maker were off. Mini fridge in dining room was on & cold. I did not run any water in the upstairs shower as it had plastic hanging & appeared to be under construction see photo below. Brought in what appeared to be three chrome fire sprinkler rings laying by the front door when I arrived see photo below. The storm shutters on the lanai are closed.
7/8/21: Lawn is about the same. Blown out screen of lanai cage photo below. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube.
7/8/21: The master bathroom toilet runs. I have tagged it as such. The half bathroom toilet water supply valve leaks when turned on, the valve is off & tagged as such. I pour water into the bowl using a mop bucket to keep the trap from drying out. The kitchen sink leaks from the trap on the right side when water is running, I have tagged it as such. The refrigerator in the storage room is not working & was making a strange sound when running, i turned it off, opened both doors & tagged it as such. Wine cooler in guest bedroom was on & cold. The yellow spots on the master bedroom ceiling have not changed in appearance. Hall closet near guest bedroom starting show signs of orange spots in corners.
7/8/21: Weeds are growing on the lanai photo below. The ceiling in the front bedroom has a great big water spot photo below I also called the client. Downspout on front right corner of the garage is washing out the ground in front of it.
7/8/21: Checked damp rid bucket in master bedroom closet.

7/8/21: Looked throughout the entire residence & garage storage room for the Cadillac key fob per the client. I could not find the key fob. 7/8/21: The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence on both floors when I arrived. I lowered the downstairs ax thermostat to 79 to circulate air & help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. 7/8/21: The humidity level was slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence on both floors when I arrived. I lowered both ac thermostats to 77 per the client. Hopefully that will be enough of an adjustment to mitigate the humidity level and keep it under 60%. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Lowered the storm shutter on the front lanai when leaving.
7/8/21: The main water valve is a gate valve which is sort of an older style and it is now leaking while open but not while closed. I will send you a video via text. It’s not something that needs to be repaired today just thought you should know
