Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,209 service calls we have performed 17,307 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/8/21: Removed an undated truly nolen sign from the front yard. Brought in a stack of sales flyers.
9/8/21: Brought in a large stack of mail, magazines & sales flyers. There wasnt any chase documents in today’s mail. Sent several pieces out that appeared important. There is another washout starting underneath a block in the landscape bed on the back right corner of the house. Visual check of the boat photo below.
9/8/21: Found bananas on your tree, photos below. Found many many dead sewer flies and 3 live ones in the master toilet. I killed the live ones and swept up the dead ones. If found no drains or traps open so we’re they came from is anyone’s guess.
9/8/21: Removed a problem solved pest sign dated 9/8 from the front yard. The electrical outlet for the mini fridge on the lanai is tagged for not working. Breaker #2 for the refrigerator in the garage & the outlet on the lanai is tagged for not working. There is still a brown spot in the front lawn. Wine chiller in kitchen area read 55. Portable dehumidifier in laundry room read 50. Watered the two plants in the kitchen. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Visual check of both boats see photo below.
9/8/21: Removed a problem solved pest sign dated 8/30 from the front yard. I lubricated the pool cage screen door handles which made them easier to open. The south screen door opens smoothly & the north screen door is still difficult to open from the outside. Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. The back yard has some brown spots in the lawn. The backflow preventer on the irrigation plumbing on the left side of the house by the water main is leaking. Portable dehumidifier in kitchen read 45.
9/8/21: Unable to run bathroom sinks, no faucets/drains installed, but we’re being installed today. New windows being installed as well, photos below. Water was on upon arrival and I left on for workers. The alarm was disarmed upon arrival and I did not arm upon departure do to workers in and out at the home.
9/8/21: The temporary electrical lines are still connected. Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. Brought in eight pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Put the mail in the tray in the laundry room. Watered the two plants in the dining room. Visual check of the boat photo below.
9/8/21: Both damp rid buckets in the master bedroom closets are full & need to be replaced.
9/8/21: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube. I kept the humidistat at 50 based on the humidity reading.
9/8/21: Visual check of the boat photo below.
9/8/21: The hedgerows on the left & right sides of the house may need to be trimmed soon. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds. There is a gutter seam leaking on the lanai to the right of the white security camera. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold.
9/8/21: Wine cooler in dining room read 52. Deep freezer in front room closet was on & cold. Watered all plants on the lanai.
9/8/21: The garbage disposal was seized again when I arrived. I was able to free it using a disposal hex key. The blades on the disposal appear to be rusted which cause it to become problematic & start seizing up.
9/8/21: Brought in a package of toilet bowl cleaner for the bathrooms see photo below. Photos of the current guest bedroom construction below. The left side faucet handle on the utility sink in the garage leaks when turned on & water is running. I have tagged it as such. Checked all wood floors throughly.
9/8/21: Photos of the black golf cart golf bag holder below. Made sure to turn the water main off to the house only when leaving.
9/8/21: There were several pieces of tile grout laying in the guest bathroom bathtub when I arrived. It appears a section of tile grout is starting to fall out of one of the corners again see photos below. Irrigation system is off.
9/8/21: There was a pile of sawdust on the driveway when I arrived see photo below. The master bedroom & lanai lights were on. I turned them off before leaving. The contractor appears to still be working inside the residence. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Watered the plants on the lanai. The irrigation system is on. Left the water main on for the pool water auto filler when leaving.
9/7/21: Electrical box still uncovered, as reported previously. Weeds growing on the lanai. Back right corner tree is leaning too far to one side again, photo below.
9/7/21: Watered the three plants on the lanai. The front hibiscus tree has begun to uproot and should be completely restaked, photo below.
9/7/21: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai pavers.
9/7/21: Watered all the potted plants on the lanai inside and outside the hurricane shutter. Replaced the HVAC Air Handler filter. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube and flushed with water.
9/7/21: Watered the 3 interior plants.
9/7/21: Pest Patrol was just leaving as I pulled up. There are still active wasp nests in the front under cover are by the front door. I’ve never had a pest control company that would kill them knock down wasps and wasp nest, very strange.
9/7/21: Several pest droppings in the guest bathroom and utility area as reported previously. Some chafing of roof tarp on the floor of the kitchen from the broken skylight as reported previously. No need to water plants due to the high volume of rain we’ve been having.
9/7/21: The guest bathroom toilet is tagged for leaking from between the base & the floor when flushed. Was unable to run water in the guest bathroom shower as it is currently under construction. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Visual check of the car. Made sure to turn off both water mains when leaving.
