I immediately went to the residence & found the front door open with the deadbolt lock engaged & the alarm system was deactivated. There was a business card from a Certa pro painter estimator Jim klepser laying on the ground by the front door see photos below. I believe this is a spot that wasn’t painted with as many layers as the others and now it is yellowing? I am fairly confident this is not a roof look as it is displaying any brown like water lines.
