Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles missing. Pool cage screens torn. Soffit & facia damage on back of house. Soffit damage on right side of house. Organic debris in pool. Master bedroom back window broken & taped. Large water stain on dining room ceiling next to skylight. Water intrusion through kitchen window above sink. Water intrusion on one of the left side master bedroom windows. Previous water stain in the guest bathroom skylight has changed in appearance. Water stain on guest bathroom hallway ceiling. Tree branches in yard have been cleaned up & were piled up by the street for collection.10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Exterior front entrance light is damaged. Pool cage damaged. Soffit damage on left side of the front entrance & right side of garage. Trees down on left & right side of house. No visible signs of water damage inside the residence.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Shingles missing from roof. Hot tub panels damaged. Cracks in exterior concrete wall on right side of house. Sinkholes forming along seawall by dock. Front door was swollen making it difficult to open & close. Large section of master bedroom ceiling has fallen. All previous water stains on the ceilings have not changed in appearance.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Mailbox was missing. Exterior lights outside of garage doors damaged. Soffit damage on front & left side of house. Appears to be a dip in the roof tiles above front door. Gutter downspout damaged on front right corner of house. Pool cage & screens damaged. Water stains on office & dining room ceilings. Previous water stain on utility room ceiling has not changed in appearance.
10/17/22: Regular service call conducted on 10/13/22. Torn pool cage screens have not been replaced yet. Soffit damage on front left corner of house. Water stains on dining room, living room, master bedroom, sitting room & front guest bedroom ceilings. Landscaping has been damaged.

10/17/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Landscaping damaged trees down etc. Pool cage screens torn. Soffit damage on front left corner of house. Water stains on dining room, living room, master bedroom, sitting room & front guest bedroom ceilings.
10/17/22: Regular service call conducted on 10/14/22. The ac thermostat had a blank screen & was not working when I arrived. I did not find any tripped breakers & could not get it to turn on. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation. Fallen tree was removed from pool cage. Soffit damage on left & right side of house. Previous water stain in guest bedroom has not changed in appearance. Made sure to put the key back in the cabinet next to the garage door & left the water main on to the house when leaving.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Garbage can was down by street. Soffit damage on left & right side of house. Tree down on pool cage & screens torn. Organic debris in pool. Pool company removed large debris before I arrived. Roof tiles missing & damaged. Previous water stains in guest bedroom have not changed in appearance & there were no other visible signs of water damage inside the residence.
10/17/22: Regular service call conducted on 10/14/22. Damaged pool cage has been cleaned up & removed. Pool has been refilled with water. Organic debris on bottom of pool. Pool pump equipment still appears to be broken & breakers are still off. Previous water stains on ceilings have not changed in appearance. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles missing from roof. Pool cage completely destroyed. Neighbor across the street offered to remove damaged pool cage. Pool pump equipment damaged. Pool water was empty due to damaged pool pump equipment. Turned off pool pump breakers for now. Back mesh storm shutter has a tear in it. Water stains on living room, dining room & master bedroom. Water stain on floor below the ceiling in living room. Previous water stain in master bathroom has grown.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. The water main was on when I arrived. Roof tiles missing from roof & off ridge venting appears damaged. Pool cage screens torn. The water hose on the lanai was on & dripping when I arrived. Large section of ceiling & attic insulation has fallen down in living room. Faint water stains on master bedroom & master bathroom ceilings. Put a lockbox with a key to the residence inside on the front door when leaving.

10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. A section of the carport ceiling has collapsed on top of the car causing damage to the car. Soffit & facia damage on building. Closed several windows that had been opened before I arrived. Skylights blown out & water stains on living room ceiling. Roofers have already started to board up the open skylights. Lanai panels damaged & screens torn. Water stains on upstairs front guest bedroom & hallway ceilings. Large section of ceiling has fallen down in back guest bedroom.
10/17/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Closed several windows & doors that had been opened before I arrived. Lanai screens torn & panels damaged. Water intrusion below dining room window. Faint water stains on master bedroom ceiling. Kitchen cabinets have started to come detached from the ceiling.
10/17/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit danger in building. Front door was swollen & sticking. Previous water damage in kitchen has not changed in appearance. Small piece of plexiglass window blown out above lanai screen door.

Small water stains on master bathroom & upstairs hallway ceilings. Attic door blown out. Large section of ceiling fallen down in upstairs back bedroom.
10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Ac condenser appeared to be undamaged. Soffit damage on building. Refrigerator appeared to have been cleaned out before I arrived. Water stains on dining room, living room & master bedroom ceiling’s. One panel down on lanai.
10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit & facia damage on building. Refrigerator was on & doors were blown open when I arrived. Water stains on kitchen, living room, master bedroom & guest bedroom ceilings. Skylights have been blown completely out. Lanai screens torn & panels blown in. Large section of ceiling has fallen down in upstairs back bedroom.
10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Community sustained substantial storm damage. Shingles missing from roof. Carport damaged on neighbors side. Refrigerator off & doors open. Ac was lowered by neighbors before I arrived.
10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Water stains on guest bathroom & den ceilings. Closed several windows & doors that were open when I arrived. Lowered ac thermostat to 74 for mold prevention. Remediation crew was entering the residence with Mr.Stenglein as I was leaving.
10/05/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/5/22. Power & ac were on. Water damage in master bedroom & living room. Large sections of carpet had already been removed from the master bedroom & living room when I arrived. There appeared to be some mold starting to set up on some of the walls. Contacted the client & advised them of the situation.
