Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 18,719 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/08/22: Additional photos from 10/8/22 post storm check.10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Vinyl privacy fence is damaged. Soffit & facia damage on front & right side of house. Shingles missing on roof. Pool cage screens torn. Landscaping damaged trees etc. Debris in pool. Large water stain on front guest bedroom ceiling & by window. Guest bathroom tiled ceiling is collapsing from water damage. Small water stain in bottom corner of back guest bedroom by baseboard. Water intrusion underneath living room front window next to electrical outlet.
10/13/22: Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding on 10/13/22. Photo of receipt with tracking number below.
10/18/22: Regular service call conducted on 10/11/22. Brought in six pieces of mail photo below. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Lowered the ac to 75 for mold prevention. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust according. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. Lanai is completely destroyed. The lawn mower was still secured to something in the lanai debris & I made sure it was covered up. Soffit & gutter downspout damage on left side of house. Exterior security cameras are damaged. Water intrusion in living room.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Damaged palm trees were being cut down in the front yard when I arrived. Lanai is completely destroyed. The lawn mower was still secured to something in the lanai debris & I made sure it was covered up. Soffit & gutter downspout damage on left side of house. Exterior security cameras are damaged. Water intrusion in living room window. Mini fridge & deep freezer in garage were both on & cold.
10/07/22: Additional post storm photos from 10/7/22.
10/07/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/7/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit damage on front & back of house. Landscaping damaged. Lifted tiles on back of roof. Solar panels on roof damaged & water draining from the pool through broken panels. Boat cover tattered. Gutter downspout damaged on back right side of house. Both ceilings have fallen down in both guest bedroom closets. Large water stain on back guest bedroom ceiling. Small water stain on master bedroom ceiling. Drywall joints cracked on garage ceiling. Lowered the ac thermostat to 72 & put the humidistat to the on position for mold prevention. Put a lockbox on next to the garage side entry door with a key to the residence inside when leaving.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit & facia damage on building. Left side guest bedroom window is broken. Water blew into the bedroom through the broken window but everything was now dry. There appears to be faint water stains on the inside edge of the kitchen ceiling. Paint peeling on right side of water heater but is dry to the touch. Screen torn on lanai. Exterior attic entrance door missing.
10/17/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. The guest bathroom shower curtain rod & shower curtain were down when i arrived most likely from wind vibration. The ac thermostat had a low battery warning on the screen. I replaced the batteries with two new AA batteries provided next to the air handler.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles missing & facade damage on building. Light was on in the living room when I arrived. Faint water stain on living room ceiling & faint water stains on guest bedroom hallway ceiling. The frame for one of the plantation shutters in the master bedroom is separated from the wall.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles were missing & some of the building facade has been damaged. Lowered ac thermostat to 76. No visible signs of water damage inside the residence. Garage is ok.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles damaged & missing over garage. Landscape damage trees etc. Garage overhead door has been hit & damaged by flying debris. Soffit & soffit lighting damaged on front of house. Gutter downspout damage on front right side of house. Exterior front entrance light damaged. Front door is swollen making it hard to open & close. Pool cage is completely destroyed. Water stains on living room & kitchen ceilings along coffered ceiling. Water stain on master bedroom ceiling along edge of coffered ceiling. Crack in concrete stem wall along steps going into garage.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles missing on building. Previous water stain on kitchen ceiling has changed in appearance. Water intrusion on master bedroom left side window. Floor underneath window was dry.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit damage above garage overhead door & along the back of the house. Landscape damage trees down etc. Lanai screen is torn. Boat cover tattered. Water stains on the foyer, kitchen & master bedroom ceilings.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Few roof tiles missing. Right side pool cage screen door ripped off & screens damaged. Some organic debris in pool. Landscape damaged. Two of the storm shutters on the left side of the house were blown open. Water stain on living room ceiling by dining room. Drywall seams showing on lanai ceiling. Some floor tiles are lifting on the master bathroom floor near the commode entrance & I have tagged them. Refrigerator, water heater & water main had already been turned on before i arrived.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit damage on front left side of house. Pool cage screens torn. There was a bungee cord holding the pool cage screen door closed. Landscape damage. Refrigerator had been emptied before I arrived. Water stain on front guest bedroom ceiling above tv. Really small water stain on utility room ceiling. Client advised they were recently at the residence & were aware of the storm damage to the residence.

10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. There was no power to the residence when I arrived. Shingles missing from roof & roof damaged on shed. Lanai is damaged & screens torn. Water stains on ceiling above kitchen sink. Water stains on master bedroom & bathroom ceilings. Bed in master bedroom was wet from water leak & some mold was starting to set up in a corner by the master bathroom. Small water stains on guest bathroom ceiling. Removed all spoiled perishables from the refrigerator & freezer. Turned off the refrigerator breaker & opened the doors for now as the power is off.
10/06/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. Power & ac were on. A roof tile has damaged the garage overhead door. Soffits missing on building. Water intrusion on both master bedroom windows. The carpet underneath the windows was dry. Water stains on the master bathroom linen closet ceiling & master bathroom ceiling above the mirror.
10/06/22: Post storm photo.
10/17/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/6/22. There was no power to the residence when I arrived. Humidity level was high inside the residence. Soffits & gutters missing from building. Removed melted drum sticks ice cream from freezer. Opened refrigerator doors & turned the breaker off for now as the power is off. The light cover is broken on one of the ceiling fans on the lanai. There is a water stain around the light in the master bathroom shower.
