8/11/22: Kitchen remodel progress photos below. The workers were present when I arrived & had the water on. I left it on when leaving. Refrigerator & freezer in the dining room area were both on & cold. Portable dehumidifier in master shower read 40. Storm shutters are open. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
8/11/22: The half bathroom toilet is tagged for leaking between the tank & bowl when being flushed. Valve is off. I pour water into using a bucket to keep the trap from drying out.
8/11/22: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. All storm shutters are closed. Watered all the plants on the walkway.
8/11/22: The battery maintainer says 100. Both locks are locked. Did not touch thermostat. All water is off. We caught 3 geckos in the glue traps I placed last service call.
8/11/22: Most everything is cleared out from under the carport today.
8/11/22: Watered all the plants per the clients instructions. The door on the mini fridge is taped shut.
8/11/22: Car covered under the carport, green light on battery maintainer.
8/11/22: Water was on at 2004.
8/11/22: MB toilet runs constantly, I tried to shut it off at the tank as a secondary safety step however I could not turn the valve. The Shell wreath on the front door came loose the hook came loose and it fell to the floor a couple of the shelves are broken. Photo below.
8/11/22: Checked the water pan in the ac return vent.
8/11/22: The lefts side sink in the master bathroom stopper needs adjustment it barely allows water to drain, you must hold it open with your finger nails.
8/11/22: No vehicle under the carport. The freezer was not iced up this service call.
8/11/22: The garbage disposal is seized and I’m unable to free it. I have tagged it as such.
8/11/22: Guest Bedroom is filled with items right to the door, could not gain access.
8/11/22: Storm shutters on lanai are closed. The left side of the front door storm shutter is sticking when going down. Put the storm shutter over the front door back down when leaving.
8/11/22: Paper towel was stuffed in the kitchen sink drains, pulled ran and replaced. The toilet in the bathroom behind the kitchen didn’t flush.
8/11/22: The water main was on again upon my arrival, I shut it off upon departure. Only the front door knob was locked again, not the deadbolt. I found the same to be true with the back garage door leading to the electrical panel I locked the deadbolt there as well.
8/11/22: All ceiling fans are on. Checked all damp rid buckets.
8/11/22: The water main was on again when I arrived.
8/11/22: Each of the toilets had to be flushed several times because the water was so brown. The garbage disposal is very loud and I'm not going run because it is so loud. Some important mail, I sent images via text. I stare Ted the car and it idled during the service call. The downstairs bathroom sink is draining slowly and leaking at the trap. The xFinity router needed to be reset again, I did so before my departure.
8/11/22: Brought in six pieces of mail with some sales flyers see photo below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. All ceiling fans are on.
8/11/22: I poured 4oz of vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by 10oz of water.
8/11/22: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate line and chased with water as requested. The downspout on the right front corner of the garage was off again.
8/11/22: Couldn’t run water through exterior fridge door it just wouldn’t come out as reported previously. Did not run water through garbage disposal but did run the disposal for 2 seconds. Fallen tree reported last time has been removed. The humidity is a bit high of not too terribly concerned about it as there’s a lot of humidity here in Florida right now however I did change the thermostat from 78° to 77° and lowered the 50 from 55 which should remedy the situation.
8/11/22: Weeds & vines are starting to grow in the landscape beds. The back guest bathroom toilet is tagged for a broken handle.
