Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,078 service calls we have performed 13,364 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/25/22: Brought in a package that was laying by the front door when I arrived see photo below. All ceiling fans are on. Checked all damp rid buckets.8/25/22: MB toilet runs constantly when main water valve is on.
8/25/22: The lefts side sink in the master bathroom stopper needs adjustment it barely allows water to drain, you must hold it open with your finger nails.
8/25/22: Drive by. Connected a new GE portable dehumidifier to the drain hose in the garage storage room to replace the broken dehumidifier & set it to run at 50% see photos below. I confirmed it was working properly before leaving.
8/25/22: Guest Bedroom is filled with items right to the door, could not gain access.
8/25/22: Brought in two pieces of mail with some sales flyers see photo below. Replaced the ac air filter with a new filter provided next to the air handler & wrote the date of installation on it. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. All ceiling fans are on.
8/25/22: Paper towel was stuffed in the kitchen sink drains, pulled ran and replaced. The toilet in the bathroom behind the kitchen didn’t flush. I’m using a pot from the kitchen to flush this toilet.
8/25/22: Upon arrival water main valve was off, the deadbolts were locked as well as the knobs.
8/25/22: There appears to be a roof shingle lifting on the front of the house over the garage see photos below. Brought in one piece of mail with some sales flyers see photo below. The guest bathroom bathtub is tagged for a clogged drain. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
8/25/22: The garbage disposal is very loud and I'm not going run because it is so loud. One piece of important mail, See below. The downstairs bathroom sink is draining slowly and leaking at the trap. Fence photo below, not sure if it has gotten worse. Screen on lanai needs repaired, photo below. Found half a dozen dead bugs just inside the front side door (sewing room).
8/25/22: Was unable to enter the residence to perform an inspection. The batteries in the keypad appear to be dead. The keypad attempted to open the lock but stopped & went completely dead. I did not hear any warnings from the keypad on the last service call. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation.
8/25/22: I poured 4oz of vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by 10oz of water. I started the car and let it idle during the service call.
8/25/22: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate line and chased with water as requested. The downspout on the right front corner of the garage was off again.
8/25/22: Checked the light timer in the living room. Checked all damp rid buckets throughout the residence. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Locked the car & put the keys back in their place. Turned off both water main handles when leaving.
8/25/22: Couldn’t run water through exterior fridge door it just wouldn’t come out as reported previously. Did not run water through garbage disposal but did run the disposal for 2 seconds. The humidity this service call is better, the settings that we changed last service call have worked.
8/25/22: Ran the rinse cycle on the dishwasher & cracked opened the door when the cycle was finished. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. The ac system was on & appeared to be working correctly. Both pool cage screen doors are locked. All storm shutters are closed.
8/25/22: Weeds & vines are starting to grow in the landscape beds. The back guest bathroom toilet is tagged for a broken handle.
8/24/22: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off.
8/24/22: Brought in two pieces of mail that appeared to be important & sent them out when leaving. Watered the orchid flower by the kitchen window. Visual check of the boat photo below.
8/24/22: All the storm shutters on the left & right sides of the house are open. Made sure the water heater, oven & ice maker were off. Wine chiller in kitchen area read 55. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Visual check of pontoon & dinghy see photos below. Sailboat has been removed from the dock.
8/24/22: Kitchen wine cooler is working, utility room wine cooler is off. Weeds growing on the lanai, I pulled several more this service call. I pulled Key Fertilization signe from the front yard it was dated today.
8/24/22: Brought in three pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. The ceiling fans in the kitchen & living room are on. The soffits & facia on all sides of the residence may need to be pressure washed soon. Visual check of the boat photo below.
8/24/22: The AC system was not on when I arrived. Weeds in pool area pavers, but they are dead so must have been separated but not pulled.as previously reported. Screen in the pool area damaged, see photo. Found a couple dozen dead bugs at the front and back door leading to pool. There were also 3 or 4 live ones which I killed. These are not ants, see photos. Weeds growing in the landscaping, see photos. The master bathroom sink closest to the toilet has very little water flow.
8/24/22: Some of the tires on the van were starting to look a little low. I inflated all the tires to the manufacturer specifications on the drivers door using my cordless inflator photo below.
8/24/22: All of the weeds appear to have been sprayed recently. Front yard construction photos below. The water supply valve to the water heater has some corrosion on it. Mini fridge in coffee bar is off. Mini fridge in the utility room is off. All storm panels are on. Visual check of the boat photo below. One of the straps holding the cover on appears to have broken.
