Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,265 service calls we have performed 13,364 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/18/22: Stopped by to check ceiling stains, they did not appear to have darkened.10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/07/22. Power & ac were on. Mailbox is leaning. Lifted & damaged roof tiles on front right corner of house. The garage window storm shutter was open & window was cracked open when I arrived. Dead bolt on door was unlocked. Water stain on dining room ceiling. Faint water stains on front guest bedroom ceiling & minor water intrusion through window. Carpet was dry underneath window.
10/18/22: I found no obvious signs of water intrusion or ceiling spots within your home. Below are photos of the trees and plants down. Mailbox off mount and next to front door.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Evidence of minor water intrusion through living room sliding glass doors.
10/18/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Several large commercial dehumidifiers were set up throughout the inside of the residence and windows tagged with percentages by the remediation crew before i arrived. Baseboards in dining room area are separating from the wall underneath the windows from possible water intrusion. Water intrusion in the master bedroom windows. Water intrusion & mold found in the garage. Remediation is needed in the garage immediately. Contacted the client & advised them of the situation. Remediation crew on site is placed a large commercial dehumidifier in the garage.
10/18/22: The dehumidifier displayed 39z the water main was on upon arrival I turned it off upon departure.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Screen torn on front porch screen door. Some roof tiles damaged on back of residence. No visible signs of water damage on inside of residence. Car & garage ok.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Roof tiles, soffits & facade damage to building. There were several large commercial dehumidifiers set up throughout the inside of the residence by the remediation crew. Several windows were tagged with painters tape & percentages written on them by the remediation crew. Garage ok.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. No visible signs of water damage inside the residence. Refrigerator was on & cold. Garage was ok.
10/18/22: Drove by to check on moisture in master bath bedroom closet determined that it’s a cool tile floor moisture created from a low setting on the mini split of 71 and the dehumidifier set to 65. I turn the thermostat on the mini split to 75 and the dehumidifier down to 40. Will be back next week to check. Found mail outside in a bundle I took it inside.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Damage to outside of building & landscaping. Remediation crew had several large commercial dehumidifiers throughout the residence & tested several areas for moisture specifically around all of the windows when I arrived. Baseboards were slightly pulled away from the walls underneath most of the windows. Screens torn on both guest bedroom windows. Lowered the ac thermostat to 75 for mold prevention. Garage ok. Contacted the client & advised them of the situation.

10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Light pole in front yard damaged. Roof tiles damaged. Pool cage & screens damaged. Right side screen door damaged. Large debris in pool. Refrigerator & deep freezer were both on & cold. Water stain on kitchen ceiling. Water intrusions on both guest bedroom windows. Carpets were dry underneath the windows.

10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Residence appeared occupied when I entered. Power & ac were on. Landscaping damaged. Roof tiles lifted & damaged. Solar panels on roof damaged. Soffit damage on right side of house. Pool cage screens torn. Organic debris in pool. Back pool cage screen door damaged. Ropes on middle boat cleat were snapped. I used the remaining portion of rope to resecure it to the cleat. Cover missing from xfinity interface box on side of house. Water stains & damage on living room ceiling. Refrigerator was on & cold.
10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Concrete railing on back of house fallen & damaged. Landscape damage trees etc. Palm trees leaning towards back of house. Organic debris in pool. One of the boat lift motor covers was off. Sections of metal roof appear to be lifting on front right corner of house. Pool cage screens & damage. Water stains on guest bedroom hallway ceiling & master bedroom “his” closet ceiling. Refrigerator was cold & had already been cleaned out before I arrived.
10/18/22: Brought in nine pieces of mail photo below. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. Lanai is completely destroyed. The lawn mower is still secured to something in the lanai debris & covered up. Soffit & gutter downspout damage on left side of house. Exterior security cameras are damaged. Previous water intrusion in living room window.

10/08/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/8/22. Power & ac were on. Vinyl privacy fence is damaged. Soffit & facia damage on front & right side of house. Shingles missing on roof. Pool cage screens torn. Landscaping damaged trees etc. Debris in pool. Large water stain on front guest bedroom ceiling & by window. Guest bathroom tiled ceiling is collapsing from water damage. Small water stain in bottom corner of back guest bedroom by baseboard. Water intrusion underneath living room front window next to electrical outlet.
10/13/22: Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding on 10/13/22. Photo of receipt with tracking number below.
10/18/22: Regular service call conducted on 10/11/22. Brought in six pieces of mail photo below. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Lowered the ac to 75 for mold prevention. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust according. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. 10/07/22: Post storm check conducted on 10/7/22. Power & ac were on. Soffit damage on front & back of house. Landscaping damaged. Lifted tiles on back of roof. Solar panels on roof damaged & water draining from the pool through broken panels. Boat cover tattered. Gutter downspout damaged on back right side of house. Both ceilings have fallen down in both guest bedroom closets. Large water stain on back guest bedroom ceiling. Small water stain on master bedroom ceiling. Drywall joints cracked on garage ceiling. Lowered the ac thermostat to 72 & put the humidistat to the on position for mold prevention. Put a lockbox on next to the garage side entry door with a key to the residence inside when leaving.
