Displaying Are Records 11076 to 11100 of 13602

5/24/23: Drive by. Returned all xfinity equipment from the residence to the nearest xfinity store. Photo of the receipt below.
5/24/23: Some browning of the yard photos below. Pulled two LawnCare Extraordinaire signs from your front lawn.
5/24/23: I ran water in the pool during the service call that it was extremely low (photo below), I just felt like it should be filled while I was here. I didn’t run the master bathroom tub as it appeared it may still be getting installed. The water main was on upon arrival and off upon departure.
5/24/23: Water heater fitting damp and corroded at threads as reported previously. Gopher tortoise hole under the one corner of the pool cage is active. The front armadillo hole behind the front window appears active. The side armadillo hole appears to be inactive. The right kitchen sink trap is leaking at the metal sink nut, previously reported. Visual check of the car, 3 tires appear a bit low the back passenger tire is flat. The pool cage still has better than 60% of the screening missing up top. The water main was on upon arrival, off upon departure. The thermostat was flashing that the batteries need to be replaced so I took two of the batteries from the remotes in the living room to replace them and it was not flashing anymore.
5/24/23: Some browning in the yard, photos below. The landscaper was just finishing up and it looks like he trimmed all the bushes. They look good.
5/24/23: Contractor access. Met with Matthew Foster from MEF home inspections & let him into the residence for insurance inspection. I rebooted the Simplisafe & internet modems while inside the residence. I stayed with Matt until he was finished with the inspection, activated the alarm system & made sure everything was locked up when leaving. 10:30am-11:30am
5/24/23: The ceiling fan lights were on in the den in the master bedroom. I turned them off at the switch. This sometimes happens to ceiling fans after a power surge. I reset the microwave clock. Photos of the dry lawn below.
5/24/23: Photos of the yard below. There was a note on the front door asking someone (me?) to look on the left side of the home is that water or animal? If it’s the washed out sand next to the spa equipment it appears to be water as described in the last service report. I dried out the sink after running the water because of the rust spots I mentioned in the last service report. Photos of the master bedroom ceiling spots below, are they darker? Palm tree on the right of the house is looking sickly, photo below. Pice of mail photo below.
5/24/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube then chased with some water. Brought in several pieces of mail none appeared important. Sprayed weeds on lanai. Brown spot in back lawn with bird feathers, photo below.
5/23/23: Drive by. Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Photo of the receipt with tracking number below.
5/23/23: Drive by. Brought in eight pieces of mail see photos below. Made sure to activate the alarm system & lock the front door when leaving.
5/23/23: Removed all xfinity cable & internet equipment when leaving to return to an xfinity storefront. All storm shutters are currently off & open.
5/23/23: Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Will replace the ac air filter in July. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving.
5/23/23: A section of metal facia several feet long from the back right side of the house was laying on the ground when i arrived see photos below. The master bathroom sink is tagged for a leaking trap when water is running. Client will repair when they return. Checked all damp rids. Checked all light timers. No mailbox. Both door handles are unlocked.
5/23/23: Pool pump draws from the bottom drain per client. I turned the water heater on at the circuit breaker. I turned the thermostat to 74 degrees. I left the water main on but walked the house twice to ensure all toilets and faucet were off. I swept the pool cage area.
5/23/23: There is a large section of drywall removed from the living room ceiling waiting to be repaired. Water damage in master bedroom closet waiting to be repaired. Mini fridge on lanai is off & door open.
5/23/23: There was excessive browning throughout the lawn when I arrived see photos below. The irrigation timer is currently off. Mini fridge in dining room is off & door open. The doors on storage shed on the left side of the house are unlocked. Visual check of the boat photo below.
5/23/23: I watered 12 total plants out on the pool deck and 2 out front. I poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by water. One small plant on the lanai deck appears to be dying. Watered it yet this week will take a photo next week if it doesn’t survive. The water main was on upon arrival, I turned it off.
5/23/23: The pool water level was slightly low when I arrived. I ran the hose in it during the entire service call to help bring the water level up. Brought in two pieces of mail see photo below. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Unable to access the breaker panel as the whole home surge protector has been installed directly underneath the lid to the breaker panel preventing it from being opened. Client advised breaker panel lid has to be unscrewed to open. The dock has not been repaired yet. All accordion storm shutters are closed. Made sure the garage overhead door was closed when leaving.
5/23/23: Photos of the browning in your yard below. The spline for the screen appears it may be popping out on the large area to the back of your lanai, photo below. I found six tripped circuit breakers, photo below. When I reset them, none of them tripped again.
5/23/23: Brought in a box of five new custom size pleated ac air filters see photos below. I replaced the current air filter with a new filter & wrote the date of installation on it. Brought in a pair of toilet bowl cleaner for the bathroom’s see photo below. Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. Watered the new palm trees. Turned the water main off to the house only when leaving.
5/23/23: Poured 4oz of vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with 8 ounces of water. Browning in the back yard, photo below.
5/23/23: The thermostat was set to 71. I called the customer and we decided to set it up to 77.
5/23/23: A new mailbox has been installed since the last service call see photo below. All of the irrigation sprinklers are still marked with flags.
5/23/23: I poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube then chased with water. I found a package at the side door, I brought it into the garage. Photo of the box below. Plants/weeds sticking out of the hedge row on the one side of the house photo below. May need to be cut out, pulled out.
