Displaying Are Records 10851 to 10875 of 13602

6/7/23: Photos of the yard below. I dried out the sink after running the water because of the rust spots I mentioned in the last service report. The spa was within an inch of the bottom of the skimmer port so I ran water in it during the service call. This brought it to almost mid skimmer port by the end of the service call. Weeds in landscaping photo below. Pest control sign dated 5/22/23 pulled and disposed of.
6/7/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube then chased with some water. Brought in several pieces of mail none appeared important. Sprayed weeds on lanai/pool area.
6/6/23: Swept cobwebs off the front lights & garage door. All storm shutters are currently off & open.
6/6/23: Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Will replace the ac air filter in July. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving.
6/6/23: A section of metal facia several feet long has fallen from the back right corner of the house. The master bathroom sink is tagged for a leaking trap when water is running. Client will repair when they return. Checked all damp rids. Checked all light timers. No mailbox. Both door handles are unlocked.
6/6/23: Home under renovation from flood damage. Alarm is to remain off per client. Pool level is very low should be filled up about 3-4 inches. Pump is still off from last week when I was here? No auto fill mechanism installed as discussed.
6/6/23: The permit for the new garage overhead door appears to have been signed off on 5/26 see photo below. Photos of the new overhead door below. The exterior trim around the door still needs to be caulked photos below. There is a large section of drywall removed from the living room ceiling waiting to be repaired. Water damage in master bedroom closet waiting to be repaired. Mini fridge on lanai is off & door open.
6/6/23: I watered 12 total plants out on the pool deck and 2 out front. I poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by water.
6/6/23: A animal is digging large holes all throughout the landscape bed on the right side of the house see photos below. There is excessive browning throughout the lawn. The irrigation timer is currently off. Mini fridge in dining room is off & door open. The doors on storage shed on the left side of the house are unlocked. Visual check of the boat photo below.
6/6/23: Poured 4oz of vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with 8 ounces of water. Browning in the back yard, photo below.
6/6/23: The pool water level was at the optimal level of half the top skimmer port. I ran the hose in the pool during the service call to help offset evaporation. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Unable to access the breaker panel as the whole home surge protector has been installed directly underneath the lid to the breaker panel preventing it from being opened. Client advised breaker panel lid has to be unscrewed to open. Dock is waiting to be repaired. All accordion storm shutters are closed. Made sure the garage overhead door was closed when leaving.
6/6/23: Photos of the browning in your yard below. No tripped circuit breakers today.
6/6/23: Watered the new palm trees. Turned the water main off to the house only when leaving.
6/6/23: Remove the thermostat from 77° to 78° based upon the humidity level found today.
6/6/23: Contractor access. Met with Jeff from Able air & let him into the residence for ac system repair. Jeff stated that the condensate drain line was clogged & needed to be cleaned out restoring power to the thermostat. I stayed with Jeff until he was finished, activated the alarm system & made sure everything was locked up when leaving. An alternative solution to keeping the condensate drain line clear is recommended. 10:45am-12:45pm.
6/6/23: I poured a few ounces of bleach in each toilet. I unplugged the front bedroom camera then plugged it back in trying to reboot it to the system.
6/6/23: The inside of the residence appears to have been cleaned since the last service call. Found the mid guest bedroom left side window unlocked & locked it. All of the irrigation sprinklers are still marked with flags.
6/6/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with water. Photos of the browning in the yard below. Weeds growing on the lanai. The alarm was deactivated upon entry, I activated it upon departure. Hole in back corner of home looks like it may be active, photo below.
6/6/23: Garbage disposal is seized & i’m unable to free it. Soffits damaged in several locations around the house. One of the pool cage screens over the left side door is damaged & being held in place with tape. A section of pool pavers appears to be sinking on the right side of the pool. Clear storm shutter panels are on over the dining room windows. Left the water main on when leaving.
6/6/23: I started the car and let it idle during the service call.
6/6/23: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. Monitoring all previous water stains on the ceilings closely. There is a section of metal facia several feet long missing from the back left corner of the house.
6/6/23: I watered the 3 interior plants as instructed. The master bathroom left sink has a note that the sink plug is broken. The lanai has a few weeds growing in the cracks. The front yard light is on, previously reported. Sprayed 2 wasp nests along the front of the garage header.
6/6/23: The garbage disposal was seized when I arrived. I was able to free it using a disposal hex key. The pool pump filter canister lid was not leaking during today’s service call. There are some hairline step cracks in the exterior wall by the pool pump. Ran all faucets & showers on the hot side during the entire service call to prevent odors from building up in the water heater. Checked all light timers. Storm shutter on lanai is open. Both screen doors are unlocked. Holes in ground along seawall are being addressed.
6/6/23: The ac air filter is dirty & needs to be replaced. Shed door is unlocked.
6/6/23: I walked the house twice to ensure the water faucets were off to all showers, tubs, and toilets.
