Displaying Are Records 10001 to 10025 of 13364

7/12/23: Poured a measured bottle of vinegar down the HVAC condensate line. Fresh armadillo hole dug behind and under the exterior AC pad, previously reported. Weeds growing in the cracks of the pavers on the lanai, reported previously. Bushes look like they are dead or dying, see photo below. I thought with some rain the would come back.
7/12/23: Howard’s pool world was servicing the pool when I arrived. Photos of the lawn below. Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. The ring sensor by the front door was laying on the ground when I arrived see photos below. The double sided tape holding onto the wall appears to have failed. I put the batteries back in the sensor & placed it on the table by the front door facing the living room for now. Made sure all ceiling fans were turned off. Storm shutter panels are on over the front door.
7/12/23: When I arrived, the pool level was at the very bottom of the skimmer port, so I began putting water in it right away. There was water still in the pool pump site glass area. The foyer entry light was on upon entry, I turned it off. Came back at 3:30pm to shut water off and the pool water level was mid skimmer port.
7/12/23: The pool pump filter canister lid was slowly leaking when i arrived see photo below. The lanai right side screen door handle is broken & will not open anymore. Did not find anything unusual drawing electric throughout the residence. I ran the hose in the pool during the entire service call to help offset evaporation. There are several brown spots in the lawn. Vacant lot is being maintained. Storm shutter panels are on over the master bedroom lanai door. Poured several ounces of bleach down the ac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Watered the two orchids by the front windows. Garage side entry door handle only is unlocked.
7/12/23: Pulled the largest weeds on the lanai and then sprayed the weeds with weed killer. The generator began running just as I was leaving, sent a video by text. Sea gulls are sitting on top of your pool cage and dedicating all over, photos below.
7/12/23: Found the eyeglasses in the end table by the couch in the living room photo below. Will be taking the glasses to the post office for forwarding. The kitchen lights were on when i arrived. I turned them off before leaving. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Watered the plants on the lanai. Mesh storm shutters on lanai are down. Left the water main on for the pool water auto filler when leaving.
7/12/23: The thermostat was set to 77° but the last time I was here I said it to 78°. I’m not sure how it got moved back but I reset it to 78°.
7/12/23: The lawn company was trimming all the landscaping when i arrived. Mesh storm shutters are closed. Irrigation system is on.
7/12/23: The browning of the yard is a bit better than last service call. The pool level was about an inch off the bottom of the skimmer port. I found a frog in the base cabinet in the front guest bathroom I showed him the door, photo below. You may want to wash all the blue towels in the cabinet before using them. The pool level was within an inch of the bottom of the skin report so I turned the hose on and I’m gonna let it run while I do a few more houses. I’ll come back and check it later. When I returned at 1:45pm to shut the water fill off, the pool level was an inch above mid skimmer port.
7/12/23: Made sure the water heater, oven & ice maker were off. Removed some strawberries from the refrigerator that were perishing see photo below. Brought in two pool service slips dated 6/28 & 7/5. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Put all the empty garbage cans inside the garage for storm preparation. Storm shutters on lanai are closed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/12/23: Browning in the yard is a bit better than last service call as we have had some rain.
7/12/23: The neighbors boat trailer was in the driveway when i arrived see photo below. Removed a problem solved pest sign dated 7/12 from the front yard. One of the garbage cans in the garage has some landscaping debris in it. Mini fridge in coffee bar is off. Mini fridge in the utility room is off. All storm panels are on. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/12/23: Unplugged the battery charger on the lithium battery in the kitchen to start a staggered charging cycle. Monitoring all ceilings closely.
7/12/23: Brought in five pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photos below. The pool pump was on & running. Client advised that the roof & lawn are being addressed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/12/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by water. Below are photos of the front landscaping.
7/12/23: The gfi outlet in the garage was tripped again when i arrived. I reset the gfi restoring power to battery maintainer. Checked all damp rid bags. All damp rid bags were full throughout the residence & had to be replaced with the last of the new damp rid bags provided. Wine cooler in dining room read 46. Deep freezer in front room closet was on & cold. Monitoring all previous water stains on the ceilings closely. Watered all plants on the lanai. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
7/12/23: Pulled another Pucor undated sign from the front yard.
7/12/23: The living room ceiling fan light was on when I arrived. I turned it off before leaving.
7/12/23: Mini fridge in living room is off & door propped open.

7/12/23: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. Mini fridge in kitchen is off & door open. Checked small damp rid buckets in storage closet.
7/12/23: Master bathroom left sink is tagged for leaking from the trap where it connects to the bottom of the sink when water is running through it. The sink can wait to be repaired when the client returns. Brought in two pool service slips dated 7/4-7/11. Right side pool cage door is locked. All storm shutters are on.
7/11/23: Brought in three pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Will pour a bottle of the Nuline drain cleaner down the hvac condensate drain line every 90 days for preventative maintenance if applicable. All storm shutter panels are on.
7/11/23: Replaced the ac air filter with the new filter provided & wrote the date of installation on it. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving.
7/11/23: The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when i arrived. I lowered the humidistat to 55% for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. All breakers are off except for the ac & heat breakers. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Did not run any water inside the residence per the client.
