8/17/23: All large damp rid buckets throughout the residence are full. Watered the plant on the lanai using the teapot. All storm shutters are closed.
8/17/23: I unjammed the garbage disposal and liberally sprayed WD40 on the blades. No need to water the plants on the lanai as it rained early this morning.
8/17/23: Mini fridge was on & cold. All storm shutters are closed.
8/17/23: The inside of the residence does not appear to have changed in appearance since the last service call. There is corrosion on one of the pipes above the water heater. It can wait until the client returns to repair. The breaker panel is old & needs to be replaced. Client will address when they return. Front porch screens are damaged & waiting to be replaced.
8/17/23: Damaged window screens have not been replaced yet. The garage overhead door needs new weather stripping on the bottom as light is starting to shine through allowing leaves etc to pass underneath the door. Checked all damp rid buckets. Large damp rid buckets will need to be replaced soon. Water was off in #603.
8/17/23: Mini fridge in kitchen is off & door open.
8/17/23: The humidity level was still slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence on both floors. I lowered the humidistat to 50% for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Upstairs bedroom is currently under renovation. Was unable to run water in the upstairs bathroom as it is packed full with furniture. Storm shutters on lanai are closed. One of the storm shutters is broken & partially open.
8/17/23: The master bedroom lanai door was wide open when I arrived & both the master bedroom & one of the guest bedroom windows were unlocked when I arrived. The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence from the master bedroom lanai door being left open. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation. A section of screen on the front porch is starting to detach from the top. A section of the front porch tile floor is damaged. Will pour one bottle of Nuline down the ac condensate drain line once every 90 days for preventative maintenance. Storm shutters are partially open for ventilation.

There are a few dozen but none are alive. There is, what appears to be, an armadillo hole under the bushes just right of the front door, photo below.

Running water for a couple hours will return later to shut the water off. I found another hole dug in the yard under the front tires of the lawn mower, photo below.

The front armadillo hole behind the front window appears inactive. The side armadillo hole appears to be inactive. The right kitchen sink trap is leaking at the metal sink nut, previously reported. Visual check of the car, 3 tires appear a bit low the back passenger tire is flat. The pool cage still has better than 60% of the screening missing up top. Bushes around the pool need some trimming, reported previously. The water main was on upon arrival and off upon departure. Some of the popcorn ceiling next to the vent by the refrigerator in the kitchen, reported previously.
8/16/23: Some browning in the yard, reported previously. There is a water spot in the master bath shower, reported previously. The water main was on upon arrival and off upon departure. There is one small piece of facia that has slipped on the lanai, but other than that I couldn’t see any damage around the house inside or out from the roofers. Stacks of tile placed on the roof, photo below. Your pool water pump impeller has a small pin hole in it, photo below and video forwarded to the homeowner.
8/16/23: I watered 0 plants on the lanai based on my plant moisture meter readings. I started the car and let it idle during the service call. The toilet in the bathroom that has a tub will not fill. The fill mechanism is broken. I am using a pan from the kitchen to fill the tank in order to flush the toilet. The front storm door doesn’t latch.
8/16/23: Removed an Elite pest sign dated 8/10 from the front yard. Raised the ac thermostat to 81 for now to save energy. Will continue to raise the thermostat if the humidity level stays below 60% inside the residence. Brought in seven pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photos below. Had to turn the pool pump on. Client advised that the roof & lawn are being addressed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
