Displaying Are Records 8651 to 8675 of 13364

9/21/23: I did not need to water the plants as we’ve had storms the past two days last night almost all night long.
9/21/23: The downstairs ac thermostat was not holding set temperature when i arrived. The air handler was running & I did not find any tripped breakers. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation. There were some small faint water stains on the dining room ceiling see photos below. Storm shutter over front door is extremely difficult to open & close & may need some maintenance at some point. New roof construction has not started on the building yet. All storm shutters are closed but partially cracked open for ventilation. Construction has not started on the roof of the building yet. Portable dehumidifier upstairs read 50. Watered the plants on the front porch.
9/21/23: I vacuumed the AC drain line. There was a package at the front door, I brought it inside. Photo of package below.
9/21/23: There was work being performed on the roof of the building when i arrived see photo below. The plastic has been removed from the master bedroom & the hole in the ceiling has been temporarily covered with plastic since the last service call see photos below. Portable dehumidifier in upstairs bathroom read 58. Wine cooler in dining room read 54/46.
9/21/23: The ac system was back on & appeared to be working correctly again. New roof construction has not changed in appearance since the last service call.
9/21/23: Inside of the residence has not changed in appearance since the last service call. Large sections of drywall have been cut out of the living room, master bedroom ceiling, temporarily covered with plastic & are waiting to be repaired. New roof construction has not changed in appearance since the last service call. Watered the plants. Mini fridge in dining room is off & door open. Small sections of wall below upstairs & downstairs guest bedroom windows waiting to be painted. Portable dehumidifier upstairs read 50. All storm shutters are closed. Turned the water on & off by the softener in the garage.
9/21/23: There is a hole in the concrete on the front left side of the building see photo below. New roof construction has not changed in appearance since the last service call. Did not see any evidence of water intrusions inside the residence at this time. Front door storm shutter is closed & key is in the lock. Water was on in 2004.
9/21/23: New roof construction has not changed in appearance since the last service call. Checked the water pan in the ac return vent.
9/21/23: Broken window in front guest bedroom is waiting to be replaced. Ceiling fan is on. All storm shutters are closed. Closed the shutter over the front door when leaving. The left side of the front door storm shutter is sticking when going down.
9/21/23: Checked all damp rid buckets. Storm shutters on lanai are closed.
9/21/23: Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Gutter downspout damaged on front left corner of house. There appears to be some damaged roof shingles on the front & back of the house. Left the water main on when leaving for the pool water auto filler.
9/21/23: There is some debris on the dock & along the seawall in the yard see photos below. The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when i arrived. I lower both thermostats to 78 for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Weeds are building up in all the landscape beds & along the seawall.
9/21/23: Drive by. Went to the residence to perform an inspection but the front door was locked when i arrived & I do not have a key to the new door lock.
9/21/23: There was a service slip from Bohalls total comfort heating & air dated 9/8 on the kitchen counter when i arrived photo below. Water stains on kitchen ceiling have not changed in appearance since the last service call. The humidity level was slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when i arrived most likely from the ac not turning on enough due to lower outside temperatures at night. I lowered the thermostat to 77 for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Removed the lockbox from the front door when leaving. Poured approximately .5oz of algae guard down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Checked the light timer in the living room. Checked all small damp rid buckets. Turned off both water main handles when leaving.
9/20/23: Drive by. Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Photo of the receipt with tracking number below.
9/20/23: The, HVAC, air handler condensate tube and limit switch was plugged and full of water. I vacuumed the drain line from outside and got a lot of gunk from it, photo below. The system would not start back up, the air handler kept cycling as if it were going to run and then stopped. It did this about every 30 to 45 seconds, so I shut the unit off at the circuit breaker on the air handler. I tag that circuit breaker has such for the HVAC tech when he/she comes in to work on it. I notify the customer and they were going to call Kelly air services.
9/20/23: Contractor access. Met with ac technician Mike from Eze air solutions & let them into the garage for ac repair. Mike stated that the condensate drain line was clogged causing the excessive moisture on the air handler & in the air causing the humidity level to be high inside the residence. Mike also put some chlorine tablets in the pan for now to try & prevent it from clogging again. I stayed with Mike until they were finished & made sure everything was locked up when leaving. The garage overhead door behind the car would not close when i tried to close it. After several attempts & the emergency release not working I had to manually push the door down to close it completely. I Also engaged the lock & unplugged it for now to keep it from opening again. 2:00pm-3:30pm
9/20/23: I poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with water. Some dead ants at the living room slider, reported previously. I did not see any live ants.
9/20/23: I poured vinegar down the HVAC air handler condensate tube. There is a circuit breaker that keeps tripping, so I have kept it off, previously reported. The car started and idled during the service call. There was a package on the back trunk I cannot recall seeing before, photo below.
9/20/23: I checked under the windows for wet carpet and I did not find any dampness.
9/20/23: The black ant situation along the slider is no different, I found no live ants. There was a light white film on the one recliner on the arm of the one recliner. This generally is the type of film that I see in automobiles in high humidity garage. It always forms were the oil on the body is so prevalent. So anyhow, I just took a damp piece of paper towel, wiped it off and then dried it good we’ll see what happens next service call. I cannot find any other evidence of this anywhere else.
9/20/23: The towels that were against the front door area last service call appear to be washed? and folded on the kitchen island. There is an irrigation head that appears to be broken and is washing out the area around it, photo below. It’s to the left side of the walkway to the front door.
9/20/23: The water main valve is to remain on automatic pool filter. I walked the home twice to make sure that all of the faucets and toilets were not running since the water main valve is to remain in the on position for the automatic pool filler. There are no new holes in the yard that I could see.
9/20/23: Storm damaged garage overhead door has not been replaced yet.
9/20/23: Construction work being done inside. The disposal is frozen.
