Client advised these will all be addressed during the next walkthrough. The new kitchen sink faucet has extremely low water pressure. All of the supply valves underneath the sink appear to be open. I have tagged it as such. Mini fridge in the dining room was on & cold. Did not see any evidence of bees on the inside of the lanai. A battery maintainer is also recommended for the vehicle. Closed the storm shutter over the front door when leaving. All storm shutters are currently closed.
6/6/24: There is only one place that appears to be in process for water damage remediation and that is the dining room front corner, as previously reported. Sara stated that she would be closing all the storm shutters & window blinds & turn off the water main when she is finished cleaning the residence. Made sure the range & ice maker were off.
