9/20/24: There appears to be something wrong with the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. It has started making a loud metal grinding noise when being ran. I have discontinued using it & have tagged it as such. Client can repair when they return. Ran all faucets & showers on the hot side during the entire service call to try & prevent odors from building up in the water heater. All ceiling fans are off.
9/20/24: I poured an ounce or two of bleach in each toilet.
9/20/24: Mini fridge in kitchen was on & cold. Ceiling fan in living room is on. Hardware for garage door opener appears to be loose & pulling away from wall. Client will address when they return.

The ceiling issue in the garage just inside the door has not changed. I think we had so much rain it backed up that corner because of the overflow shield, reported previously.
