Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/19/16: Brought to the road the palm fronds from the storms well over 15 (big and small). 1/12/16: Back two trees on right side of house need trimming. Pool cleaner stopped/broken, pool company hasn't been here in over a week, please advise.

1/11/16: Your neighbor Bob across the caldasac me to advise me that you may receive some sort of a notice from the HOA with regard to meeting the driveway and sidewalks Power Washed. Sending pics

1/5/16: Watch entire yard looking at sprinkler heads to see if I could find any that has been leaking I checked the water meter out front it was not moving brought in several pieces of mail and one local telephone directory
1/5/16: Several lemons still on the tree I'll send a photo I turned the ac off I think we'll past the time now where it is needed over the next month or so. As I was leaving the security system needed to reboot sending photos after reboot I was able to arm susuccessfully
1/5/16: Thermostat was blinking low battery I found two batteries in the kitchen left drawer underneath the coffee pot and replaced.
1/5/16: Brought several palm fronds to the front for general pickup. Pool steps have quite a bit of dirt/algae.
1/5/16: I brought 5 palm fronds to the front for pickup. Sprinkler head cement protector ring broken on right side of home back corner pictures to follow may want to notify lawn company so they drun over with the mower.
1/5/16: Started and ran the car.
1/5/16: Your filters are 20x20x1 and they are Merv 13 sending photos of box label. As for what I would suggest and Ken would a Merv 13 is fine changed once a month that's exactly what I use at home and that Ken suggested for me as well. KayCee has long hair and sheds as well. Car and garage fine.

12/29/15: Suaved all three toilets, line forming at waterline.
12/28/15: Water was on upon arrival, remained on when I departed. Interior garage entry door was unlocked. Water heater breaker was off, I turned it on. Screen damage photos sent via email, both at base area, maybe damaged during power washing of deck? Sent photos of lanai via email. AC does not appear to be working as temperature was much higher than setting (sent photos via email). Air handler in garage was running but no cool air coming out. Called client but got voice mail and left a message for him to call. Grout was not repaired as of yet, sent photos via email. Removed key from key box. Checked TV for cable it is working. Tried internet access but the only Wi-Fi available was a secured system with the name of SJY3Q. Was going to ask client for pass key during call but only could leave message.
12/28/15: When I entered your home it was noticeably cool I went to the thermostat immediately it was reading 68 degrees and set to 79. The AC was not running outside however I wasn't able to stay long enough to see if it will turn on again purely based on the inside temperature. The living room slider door was unlocked.
12/28/15: Changed thermostat setting to 77 deg while u are away. Humidistat to 50%. I was here at the hottest time of the day and your humidity level was VERY good! It shouldn't hurt with these new settings and you will save $$.
12/28/15: I brought in two pieces of mail one was a wood appears to be a Christmas card the other just junk mail. A crack in the drywall in living room appears to be getting larger.
12/28/15: Book and picture frame fell off the book shelf. Several ant hills in the yard. I would have it sprayed before your next arrival.
12/23/15: Turned on all breakers. Reset timers on water system. Tried to run the garbage disposal but it is so bound up I couldn't even get it free with a disposal wrench. Ran water the entire time I was here about 45 minutes. Both smoke detectors were chirping. Replaced batteries in kitchen smoke detector with those I found in the cabinet opposite the sink (3 AA) Replaced the battery in the hall smoke detector with a brand new 9 volt I carry for just this kind of thing.
