Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/23/15: Pulled Truly Nolen sign from front yard. Ants outside pool cage on left side of home, but not one that I saw on the lanai. Pool pump motor seems to be louder than normal. Brought in aeveral oieces of mail12/22/15: The guuter in the back appears to have weakened and is bowing downward. I suaved the master bath toilet and cleaned the seat underside because it had slight mildew. This type of toilet seat does not promote good airflow so I'm going to leave both feet up on the toilets in order to get good air circulation to the bowl and under side of the seat.
12/22/15: Both toilets had slight ring at waterline and so I suaved each. The toilet seats that you have on each toilet are the kind that do not allow much airflow into the toilet bowl so I've left those up for better air circulation.
12/22/15: Plumbers were inside working unable to flush toilets run water in sinks and tubs. Told Lori to make sure the front door they shot as in between going in and out and that they should take care to make minimal amount of dust. Brought in local telephone phone book from stoop. I asked plumbers who cleans up after all of this construction work has been completed he said they bring in an outside company to clean up after construction. Daughter was off
12/22/15: Garage fine. Suaved each toilet. Fine layer of mildew on the underside of each seat, so I cleaned and left seats up for better air circulation.
12/22/15: Turned on water heater, dishwasher/disposal, range and washer/dryer at breakers.
12/22/15: Turned range and water heater off at breakers. Used disposal wrench to free disposal before running. Checked garage all fine.
12/22/15: Palm fronds to the front for general pickup
12/21/15: Brought in mail. Checked dining area window security connection. Opened and closed window.
12/16/15: AC NOT WORKING, no readings on thermostat. Breakers not tripped. Fridge not working and not cold. Plugged fridge into counter outlet and it worked. Brought in FedEx letter from stoop as well as phone directory.
12/15/15: Smoke detector in the livingroom and the hall are chirping,b batteries need replaced. Dead tree removed from yard. Brought in local phone books from driveway.
12/15/15: Pool has small leaves in ut, photo sent via email. Checked large garage as well.
12/14/15: Removed trash bag at end of drive.
12/14/15: Main bathroom toilet had slight mold growing at water line and on seat/lid. Cleaned and left seat up for better air circulation.
12/7/15: Ant activity on lanai (master bedroom side only), sending video. Brought in several pieces of mail, sending photos.
12/7/15: Reverse osmosis system is making apinging noise every 7 seconds. Bled off water but didn't make a difference. If I turn off air tank, issue stops. I left with air tank valve in off position.
12/7/15: Even though air temp otside is 77, your inside temp is 80+. Recommend AC setting remains at 80 will re-evaluate next inspection.
12/1/15: Drywall repair needed in master bedroom above bed, tape separating. Brought large limb to curb for pickup (had to break it up so they will take)
12/1/15: Quite a mess in the side yard, sending photo.
12/1/15: Landscape needed weed control application. Tree still in yard. Hall smoke detector needs battery replaced. Spot at ceiling above electrical panel appears worse. Sending photos.
12/1/15: Smoke dector in kitchen needs battery replaced.
11/30/15: Water leak in guest bath. Spoke with Peter an Mark via telephone.
11/30/15: Brought in phone book from front stoop.
11/30/15: Put packages in guest bedroom.
11/30/15: Appears the sprinkler (irrigation system is not working). Sending photos
