Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

Displaying Are Records 28126 to 28150 of 28802
2/22/16: Right palm frond to front yard for pickup turned off irrigation system in the garage as requested2/22/16: Lay down one more gallon of weed control what I had on last had died but others that popped up especially in the papers in the driveway in the shadowed area in the right upper corner I completely saturated that area so we should not see any next time
2/16/16: Collected many palm shucks from yard and brought to front for pick-up. It took several minutes to set the alarm as the system went into firmware update and after the system came back online it took me three or four tries to get the tone to leave so maybe you better check that Larry just to be sure that your end everything seems to be secure
2/16/16: Metal frame on pool lanai needs to be power washed.
2/16/16: Started car, ran during inspection.
2/16/16: Car, garage and charger fine.
2/9/16: Water main off at the road called client decided not to run water because of this during this inspection
2/9/16: Left front lawn rutted by mowers. Sending photo.
2/9/16: Pool level is quite high. Above skimmer intake preventing skinmer from working, pool needs to be drained some. I brought into phone books one was so wet put it in the garage to dry out.
2/8/16: I replaced the lanai door handle that was broken I discovered that the closing cylinder shaft is bent but it is still working so I wouldn't change it based on the condition of the door itself or intil it stops working. Suaved guest bath toilet as it had a rust line running from front of rim to water line. This may be an indication the toilet tank flap is failing. Will check next inspection.
2/8/16: Lanai looks very clean. In one piece of mail and one telephone book from the front stoop. Quite a bit of the wood mulch is in the yard especially around the front right tree area and the front yard to really stand an hour of racking or so getting it cleaned up and out of the yard not sure if there when they're blowing the lawn and the grass clippings I think it's blowing the wood into the yard and not bring it back
2/8/16: Garage near back door has lots of feathers all over the floor. Could not find bird, did you have a feather pillow leak feathers? Sending photos.
2/8/16: No car in the garage
2/8/16: Brought in very wet local phone book, placed in garage to dry out. Lawn needs to be mown.
2/4/16: Some digging in mulch out front looks as if it's an armadillo nothing really to be concerned about. There is one branch from the side wooded lot that has been bent over your fence sending photo. The weeds are starting to grow in all of the landscaping in around blocks and other driveway pavers etc. Will be sending photos. We offer weed control applications at the owners request $15 for a half a gallon applied to areas $20 for three quarters of a gallon and $25 for 1 gallon. Rolling weed is suggested for two reasons weeds can really get out of hand here in Florida and maintaining the weeds provides an appearance of inhabitants living in the home as opposed to it being empty.
2/3/16: Quite a bit of mole activity front right corner of the yard near large tree.
2/3/16: Pool sweeper is working now. Brought several palm fronds to the road for pickup.
2/3/16: Dock in water. Work prep in bath? Sending photos of each. Noticeable smell in kitchen, the stopper wasn't in the drain for garbarge disposal. When I ran it the smell was much worse. Ran for 60 seconds, then placed stoppers in drains.
2/3/16: Garage and car fine. Ran water in both baths entire inspection.
2/2/16: Pool heater to remain off per client. Brought in mail and package from front stoop. Set AC to 74 which probably won't be needed
1/26/16: Brought in another phone nook left on the front stoop. New grass down right side of home still too soggy to walk on.
1/26/16: Fridge working when I left.
1/26/16: Applied weed killer to weeds in the cracks of the driveways. Pool sweeper is still not operating.
1/26/16: Front gutter to the left needs to be ckeaned, sending photo.
1/26/16: Pool level is quite high. Above skimmer intake preventing skinmer from working, pool needs attention. Applied 3/4 gallon weed control. Removed Truly Nolen sign dated 1/25
