Displaying Are Records 27951 to 27975 of 28802

6/13/16: Quite a bit of debris on the top of the pool cage where it meets the home I sent pictures before where it is accumulating. Debris in pool will send photos. Pool level to the bottom of the very top tile should be drained off.
6/13/16: upstairs thermostat set a 79 and reads 79. Lanai aluminum struts will need to be power washed soon starting to build some the green slime.
6/13/16: Pool level to the top of the skimmer inlet brought one palm frond to the front for General pick up.
6/13/16: With all the rain we've had I needed to apply another half gallon of weed control the Clover is really going wild in the in the cracks of lanai. Clover will be a problem for the next several weeks
6/7/16: Weeds are under control in the flower beds brought in some mail from the mailbox. The lawn is cut. Brought one large and one small branch from the pine tree on the right side of your property out to the front for general pick up . Ant infestation on the side with pool heat pump some ants are making their way onto the lanai, should have this sprayed. Watered plants on the lanai. I was unable to get the alarm box in the bedroom closet open I am not familiar with it and certainly wouldn't want to force it open and risk breaklng it so I have taken a picture of it and I can do some research as to how to open the box and what kind of battery is in it. That's the best I can do at this point.
6/7/16: AC in the main part of the house was set at 77 and looked back and saw that we were running it at 80 so I moved the air conditioning back to 80. The second thermostat in the master bedroom set at 86 reading 79. Your dishwasher has a light on in it and if I leave the door cracked as we had discussed the light will be staying on so I will unplug it from the receptacle under the sink
6/7/16:  Garage dehumidifier at 50% car charging fan running. Found a ceiling light in the balcony on, turned off. Turn water heater on at breaker left water on per client
6/7/16: Toilet seat in master bath has slight mildew cleaned and left toilet lid and seat up for better air circulation
6/6/16: Pulled a Lawn Care Extradinare sing from front lawn. Grass is not mowed but it is very wet and windy here so I can understand why it hasn't been.
6/6/16: Too windy and rainy to apply weed control, I pulled what I could During my walk around.
6/6/16: No for work done yet
6/6/16: The tree plant in the front against the house is been doing quite a bit should be staked to bring it back up right . A trailer small utility trailer is in the driveway sending photos. The guest bedroom in the front the window closest to the corner was blown open by the storm about an inch the handle the crank handle will not bring it back in but I was able to press on the outside of the window and shouted again it should really be replaced with a handle to crank. This may have contributed to the higher humidity reading in the home.
6/6/16: Picked up several palm tree socks that have blown from the storm not only in your yard but your neighbors across the street. Suaved the guest toilet
6/6/16: Tried to run the garbage disposal it wouldn't come so I pulled the plug and put it back in there was about a 5 second delay as I move the wires around it came on because of my suspicions there is a loose wire I shut this off at the breaker.
6/6/16: Shut the range off at the breaker.
6/3/16: Turn the AC down to 77 degrees turn on all the breakers reset the refrigerator so it was Cooling tried to get the garbage disposal free with a wrench but couldn't do so. Reset all the clocks on the appliances check the bathrooms flush the toilets check the shed left the water on when I left.
6/1/16: Lawn looks awesome dry spot in it very green very Lush. I drove the car to the entrance and back. I picked up several pieces of garbage along the black fence that they put up for construction which happens.
6/1/16: Opened all major closet doors and utility room door for better air circulation in those dead air spaces. The AC was running while I was here indicating that it's working. I slept about 4 dozen small dead flies from the tile area throughout the home not sure what that may have been but we'll see if there are any on next inspection.
6/1/16: Brought package in from front door area. 3 Palm fronds to the front for general pick up.
6/1/16: Started and ran car during inspection. Humidifier didn't see if it is if it were working so I pulled the front off turn off the power be plugged in I was working when I left. Walked out make sure the boat was still plugged in to the charger. Humidity level within the house comfortable all meters under 46%
6/1/16: Mud dobber wasp nest being formed on exterior entry door. Will bring wasp spray on or before next inspection. Suaved both toilet has mildew was forming on waterline which happens when toilets only flushed once a month.
6/1/16: What when I arrived the water main valve was on I turned it off as I left. Front lawn looks a bit dry will send a photo I checked the sprinkler system it is working.
6/1/16: Applied 1/2 gallon of weed control.
6/1/16: Garage lights we're on. One dry spot in the front yard left of the drive I check the sprinkler system and it is working. I could not find a weed in the Landscaping they've done a very nice job. The toilet tank in the guest room the flap needs replaced as it continually runs if the water is on of course we turn the water off when we leave.
6/1/16: The water main valve was on upon my arrival. The mailbox only had one piece of mail which was an advertisement for CenturyLink will not be sending me all this week. Milan appears to be a bit dry however we are starting to get our summertime rainy pattern and most generally every day somewhere in the area is getting rain maybe not everyday at your home however not sure if the sprinkler system needs to be adjusted.
