Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/21/16: Dry spot in backyard poolside of home, sending photo. Brought 3 palm fronds to front yard for pickup. Replaced each of the DampRid bags in the closet. Suaved all toilets.6/21/16: 2nd AC reads 80 degrees set at 86, meter reads 54.7% humidity and 80.2 degrees. Pulled pest control sign from yard dated 6/16/16. 2 GFI recepticals were tripped, reset both.
6/20/16: Grass was cut today looks nice.
6/20/16: Applied one quarter gallon of weed control. Grass is long and should be cut looks like at least a week since last cut.
6/20/16: Pulled car cover over bottom of tires. No floor work.
6/20/16: Was finally able to spray a half a gallon of weed control without high wind or rain.
6/20/16: Humidity levels above 63% I turned the humidistat back to 57 percent.
6/20/16: The AC is working however meter saying the humidity level is well about 60% and my meter says it's over 81 degrees in here. I turned the thermostat down to degrees. There's a dark spot starting to appear on the garage ceiling next to the crawl space opening I'll send a photo it may be elite or a pass Play Bleeding Through the paint but should be investigated.
6/20/16: The grass is very high. It appears as if it hasn't been mown in at least 10 days. Humidity level was quite High but it's a fairly low humidity day outside I turn the humidistat back to 55% from 60%. Waiting for the AC to come on and blow cold air to ensure it was apparently working.
6/17/16: I looked at each picture on the wall individually all look just fine from this novice's point of view
6/16/16: AC system was set to 77 set it back to 80 degrees. Shut all Breakers off locked garage door unplugged garage door opener. Open the refrigerator propped it up all doors open so it will dry. Hot water main valve off upon leaving. Garbage containers were already up against the garage your neighbors must have done that for you.
6/16/16: Meet Owen here at 10 a.m. so he could look for his boss did not find. Turned the dishwasher and microwave off at the breaker. Guest bathroom sink trap is leaking just a little bit using towel from Kitchen to dry and will use it when I test eachonspection.
6/14/16: Water main valve on upon arrival phone call to client leaving water on.
6/14/16: Just 2 or 3 of those dead flies so that must be over. Your home feels comfortable to me and the aesir and while I was here.
6/14/16: Boat is plugged in. Garage was 91 degrees 50% humidity. Hose was leaking on the humidifier. Homes comfortable Matthew maniti 50% 81 degrees.
6/14/16: Brought large palm frond to the front for General pick up. Pulled many weeds as I did my walk around as to just keep up until applying weed control next inspection. Oil level above skimmer Inlet however pool looks very clean.
6/14/16: Circuit breaker number 25 labeled Daurts or Paurts I can't make out the writing was tripped reset. Again as I arrived the water was on I turned it off upon departure.
6/14/16: The humidity level in your home with some too high the humidistat had been turned back to 60 and I moved it back to 55 where it was last season and that as I had it identified from last inspection. Brought to the front three Palm fronds for General pick up. Remove Pest Control sign from yard dated 6/9.
6/14/16: Brought two large palm fronds to the front for General pick up. Applied one gallon of weed control. Washer unit lights on number said it's 68 turned off. AC unit second thermostat reading set 86 actual 81.
6/14/16: Route 1 Palm fun to the road for pickup. Remove pest control signed dated today from yard. Quite a bit of debris in the pool, probably becauae of screens. Several screens on the pool cage are in need of replacement, sending photos
6/14/16: Weeds are under control the dry spot out front is not as bad but still their sending photo. Just about every damp rid bag is almost spent probably next inspection will be no crystals
6/14/16: Brought in 2 pieces of junk mail. Home cool and comfortable, AC ran while I was inspecting the home. Brought 3 palm fronds to the front for general pickup. Pool level was good, no debris in pool.
6/13/16: Humidity in garage 63.5% dehumidifier running setting 46. Water mot to be turn3d on per client.
6/13/16: Swept up 54 of the little worms on the floor. Dry spot the backyards coming back due to all the rain we've had.
6/13/16: Suaved all toilets, downstairs toilet had mold growing at waterline, left lids anda seats up for better air circulation. Found about 10 knats in kitchen sink killed at least 6. The humidity running close to 60% I would suggest maybe turning down the AC next inspection if it's still that high.
