Displaying Are Records 27451 to 27475 of 28802

3/8/17: Water main was on upon arrival. Trellis needs trimmed, foilage around AC unit needs trimmed. Pool guy was here less than 5 minutes.
3/6/17: Brought 3 palm fronds and 2 coconuts to front for pick up. Applied 1/2 gallons weed control.
3/6/17: Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 75 degrees. Meter reads 49.2% humidity and 76.4 degrees.
3/6/17: I found the thermostat set I found the thermostat at 76 moved it to 78 where it normally is set when unoccupied. Also moved humidistat from 60 to 65 normal setting.
3/6/17: Brought trash container back to the side of your home from the street.
3/6/17: Met Truly Nolen, no rats today. Brought 1 palm frond to front for pick up. Applied 1/2 gallon weed cpntrol. Masterbedroom thermostat set to 80 reads 70, hand held meter reads 72.6 degrees and 52.2% humidity.
2/27/17: Thermostat was set to 74 moved back up to 78. Water was on upon arrival, I turned off upon departure. Yard dug up still in back, sending photo.
2/27/17: Water main was on upon arrival I turned off. Property inspector notice in door, sending photo.
2/27/17: Met Truly Nolen, got 1 rat Friday and 1 today. Brought 9 coconuts and 5 palm fronds to front for pick up. Masterbath thermostat set to 80 reads 73, hand held meter reads 74.6 degrees and 58.2% humidity.
2/27/17: Actually having the thermostat set at 75 is probably spot on. Today it reads 69 but my meter says it is clearly several degrees warmer. The thermostat works but I believe it reads 4 degrees cooler than it truly is in the condo. Based on that a stting of 76 would be like setting it at 80.
2/27/17: Brought in local phone book from driveway. Weeds should need spraying next inspection.
2/21/17: Brought 1 large palm frond to front as well as 2 smaller palm fronds. Applied 1/4 gallon weed control. Pool clean and water level good.
2/21/17: Both detectors in living room need batteries. I will bring batteries for all detectors next inspection. Found leak in bathroom, the sink fixture is actual the problem. Yuri had alarm off as she was working in the back yard removing rotren fruit.
2/20/17: Pulled Hughes sign from yard. Garage door pad battery needed replacing, couldn't open door initially. Used a 9v from my tool box to get in then found your 9v in drawer. No snake in garage or lanai. Front palm bush appears to be dieing, sending photo. Did not water plants. Brought in mail, no package arrived.
2/20/17: Faucet on outside kitchen loose. Weeds growing in pavers, sending photos. Cables on outside of home hidden now. Pool clean and water level acceptable.
2/20/17: Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 76 degrees. Meter reads 57.7% humidity and 77.8 degrees. Neighbir was watering plants, she was finished prior to my departure so I turned the water main off.
2/20/17: Brought in large NEW trash container from font door to garage.
2/13/17: Brought in several pieces of mail. Water was on upon arrival, I shut off upon departure. The attic entry in the garage was partially open when iI tried to close the entire frame came loose at one end. Only 3 small finishing nails are holding that end. Had to come up with a temp solution worried that if not the whole thing could come down pictures to come. I can bring a ladder next week to repair or we could get a handyman to repair.
2/13/17: Front storm door does not latch. Sorayed wasp killer inside storm door again killing 2 wasps. There is atill water pressure on lines even after shuttung water off un garage next to water heater.
2/7/17: Too windy to apply weed control today. Pool cage screens, panel above door damaged and bushes at other end are pressing hard against them need trimmed back, sending photos.
2/7/17: Brought 22 coconuts and 2 palm fronds to front for pick up. Applied 1/2 gallon weed control. Please keep in mind, weeds sprayed today may take a few days to brown and die. Masterbath thermostat set to 74 reads 74, hand held meter reads 76.2 degrees and 63.1o % humidity.
2/6/17: Brought in several pieces of mail. Screens still damaged on pool cage.
2/6/17: Brought in several pieces of mail. Watered 4 plants on lanai and the 4 on the left side of cage as well as the2 interior plants.
2/6/17: Mailbox snapped off right at the ground. A few weeds pulled by hand, not enough to spray.
1/31/17: Masterbath thermostat set to 74 reads 69, hand held meter reads 72.1 degrees and 43.1o % humidity. There are several coconuts piled up in the stones apparently by the lawn maintenance company who by the marks in the yard with here today. I bring forward the Coconuts and the pump on as an extra value added not charge service especially this time of year only maintains the lawn however I'm a little bit disturbed that they take it upon themselves to stack them instead of taking them or bringing them to the front basically leaving them for me to pick up and take to the front. They have at least 3 people on their long through one should have been able to bring those forward instead of stacking them in the back I'll send photos.
