Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,940 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/30/17: Exhaust fan was on in guest bathroom, I turned it off.1/30/17: Screen on pool cage down, sending photo. Front left bush next to drive looking as if it may die, sending photos. Brought in mail. Master bath toilet fill valve off, toilet will not fiil then shut off, this must be the reason the valve was off?
1/24/17: Brought in mail. Watered interior plants, it has rained the last 2 days so I did not water outside plants. Work beginning on neighbor's lot. Water main off upon arrival. Grout in master bath shower needs re-grouting.
1/24/17: Damp-Rid bags crystal are empty fluid full.
1/24/17: Brought 10 coconuts and 4 palm fronds to front for pick up. MB thermostat set to 74 degrees reading 74 degrees. Meter reads 77.07 degrees and 56.4% humidity.
1/24/17: Turned off main water valve and circuit breakers (including water heater).
1/23/17: Water main vavle was on upon arrival, off upon departure. Lamp in living room was on when I opened the door, timer was showing 5:30pm I reset to just after 4pm. Light was off when I left.
1/23/17: Dishes in left side of sink cannit run garbage disposal. Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 77 degrees. Meter reads 58.64% humidity and 75.52 degrees. Brought in totally soaked phone book placed in recycling bin.
1/23/17: Water main on upon arrival, off when upon departure. Larry, the person who sold you your home stopped me to make sure I was suppose to be here, good thing to do. Sending photos of service boxes on right side of home, did not note thes last inspection?
1/23/17: Downspout off and blown into yard, slid back on again could use 2 sheet metal screws. Ice cubes in tray do not appear to have melted during power outage. Brought green garbage bin to side of home from road.
1/17/17: Thermostat was not working needed batteries. Aet AC to 76, turned all breakers on, set water softner clocks, microwave and range clocks. Left water main on. Took drill bit out of garage door inlatched, pligged in and open/closed.
1/17/17: Ran car during inspection.
1/17/17: Applied 3/4 gallon weed control. Pulled Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 1/13/17. Brought 2 palm fronds and 3 coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermost reads 74 set to 74. Handheld meter reads 77.05 and humidity of 56.95%
1/16/17: Brought in local telephone book from front door. Started car. Lawn company was mowing during inspection.
1/10/17: Checked all tvs, water was hot, drove car to Moose's parking lot. Left water on.
1/10/17: New mulch down every where stones are not accept one spot in the back, sending photos. Water off with flag rapped around valve.
1/10/17: Batteries in thermostat showing weak replaced with batteries found in kitchen drawer.
1/10/17: Brought 7 coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermostat set to 74 degrees reading 67 degrees. My handheld meter reads 71.14 degrees and 45.26% humidity.
1/9/17: Brought 2 palm fronds to the front for pick up.
1/9/17: Brough in mail. Pulled a Hughes Pest Control sign from lawn. Did not water outside plants as it has rained 2 out 0f the past 4 days. Key does not work front door.
1/9/17: Brought in a large envelope from mail box no postage. Sending photom
1/9/17: Brought in several pieces of mail.
1/3/17: Downspout extender broken. Water valve replaced sending photos.
1/3/17: Humidity is very high. I turned the thermostat down to 74 so the AC would run more frequently to pull out and maintain a lower humidity level.
1/3/17: Microwave surface light was on, I turned off. Ceiling fan in kitchen was on I turned off. Lamps are on in TV room and front sitting, I left them on. Pool level good.
