Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,940 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/3/17: Things certainly look different inside it won't be long now you'll be a Florida resident. Moved thermostat setting to 78 based on low humidity reading today and past report settings.3/30/17: Brought in one piece of mail.
3/28/17: Mailbox empty. Gutter in back of home bent down some, was last year too.
3/28/17: Master bedroom thermostat set to 80 reads 75, hand held meter reads 76.8 degrees and 55.1% humidity. Brought 8 small coconuts to the road for pick up.
3/28/17: Ran car during inspection. High humidity reading is probably due to AC not running during the early morning when temps outside is low (currently 75 outside). I ran the AC and it felt like it was pushing cold air.
3/27/17: Leave on for guest that are arring tonight per client. Called client AC set very low. Brought in clothing package from mailbox.
3/27/17: I found two dozen sugar ants on the kitchen counter, I killed them. There are plants that have been torn out along pool cage, sending photos. There is a ne door laying up against attic ladder in the gatage. The pool pump motor is making quite a racket, will try to send video so you can hear.
3/27/17: Brought in mail, sales flyers.
3/27/17: Brought in pool company work notes from lanai table. Pool heater time box was open, I closed it.
3/27/17: Brought in mail, mainly sales fliers. 2 letters from comcast. Sprayer found next to outside AC unit, sending photo. Weeds groing at edge of drive sending photo.
3/21/17: Drove car today.
3/21/17: Put clam shell sutters down, one has broken anchor stud. Turned water heater off at breaker to save electricity. Shut water main to home off upon departure.
3/21/17: Master bedroom thermostat set to 80 reads 72, hand held meter reads 74.6 degrees and 47.1% humidity. Brought one small palm frond and 8 coconuts to the road for pick up.
3/21/17: Brought one large palm frond to the road for pick up. Trellis bushes have been trimmed.
3/21/17: Mailbox was full brought in mail. Neighbor mentioned he thought the garage light was on and it was so I turned it off. Closed all closets and turned on water heater for your arrival tomorrow.
3/21/17: Replaced batteries in livingroom detectors.
3/20/17: Aradillo hole right side of home just inside the fence along the pool cage, sending photos via email.
3/20/17: Turned water heater off. Turned water main off upon departure. Moved thermostat setting from 76 to 78 where it had been set previously.
3/20/17: Contractor entry cover fell on neighbor's truck, sending photos. Butch dropped off ceiling ladder. Pool level good.
3/14/17: Brought in mail, garbage can and soaked telephone book. Placed phone book in recycling container. Turned pool heater on. Turned AC down to 74. No need to water plants had a soaking rain last night. Pool level good. No packages.
3/13/17: Water was on upon arrival, left on per client. Pool heater was running, set to 90 degrees per client. Guest bedroom blind hardware will probably require expansion dry-wall screw anchors.
3/13/17: Ran water the entire inspection. Water was on upon arrival, I left on upon departure.
3/13/17: Pulled A-1 lawns service sign from yard dated 3/9/17. Light was on in guest bedroom, reset the timer.
3/8/17: Removed Truly Nolen sign dated 3/7/17.
3/8/17: Plugged in car maintainer.
