Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,438 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/21/16: Workers working on the floor.11/21/16: Pool has quite a bit of debris on bottom. Some soffit still dirty looking. Ran RO system. Sending photos.
11/21/16: Armadillo hole on left side of garage just past water main. Pest control notice in door jam.
11/21/16: Lanai screen door on master bedroom side of home has two broken hinges, only the center hinge is holding the door. Pulled an A-1 lawn service sign from front yard. Brought in several pieces of mail which included 2 letters from A-1 lawn service. Several pieces of furniture in the tv room
11/21/16: Left glass panel of slider to the lanai was not locked.
11/16/16: Pool screen doors were open I closed and checked to make sure they latched.
11/16/16: Yard is cut and trimmed neatly, hoever is a bit dry. Brought in several pieces of mail. One Christmas bulb fell off tree. Alarm went off as I walked into the kitchen before I could reach the utility room. Watered plants by door and along pool lanai.
11/16/16: Rods and several pieces of junk mail. The water main was on upon arrival I turned it off as I left. Cracked closet doors and lifted toilet seat and lid better air circulation in those areas.
11/16/16: Met your neighbor Yohan, he asked about you.
11/16/16: No mail. Pool door was not locked.
11/15/16: Drove car to Moose parking lot and back.
11/15/16: Started car. Jarred peg board cover for electrical panel when I opened the refridgerator and the ceramic blue fish fell off and broke. Sending photo. I am so sorry, please tell me how much it costs to replace and I will leave a check next inspection.
11/15/16: Turned water heater on for your aarival this weekend.
11/15/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 76 degrees. Meter reads 76.5 degrees and 55.2% humidity
11/15/16: Applied 1/4 gallon weed control.
11/14/16: Had to spray another wasp's nest between the front storm door and entry door again.
11/14/16: Moved the thermostat back to 78 degrees based on last 2 humidity meter readings.
11/14/16: Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 78 degrees. Meter reads 54.4% humidity and 78.2 degrees.
11/14/16: Roofers and trim carpenter were working. Carpenter was in and out of garage door to home, that would keep humidity higher than normal. Water main was pn upon arrival.
11/8/16: Many fire ant hills. Brought in two pieces of junk mail.
11/8/16: Applied 1/4 gallon weed control. MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 78 degrees. Meter reads 79.0 degrees and 56.1% humidity
11/8/16: Garage dry and normal
11/8/16: Ran car
11/8/16: Given the time of year it is and lower humidity outside I decided to pull dehumidifier the counter as it's fairly heavy. I put it in the laundry room in the event you wanted to use it upon your return. The box is in your garage.
11/7/16: Water main was on, 2nd week in a row. Brought in 4 pieces of junk mail.
