Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,438 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/7/16: No floor work. Car and cover good.11/7/16: Applied 1/4 gal weed control. Smoke detector in entry way chirping.
11/7/16: Brought garbage can inside. Applied weed killer to weeds on lanai and pool area.
11/7/16: Applied 1/4 weed control in stoned areas only. 2 smoke detectors out of 3 bedrooms are chipping batteries are low.
11/7/16: Vines have not been trimmed. Front screen door was ajar. Gopher turtle hole appears to be vacant.
11/7/16: Speayed wasp nest in middle of sliders out back. Left water main on. Turned water heater on at breaker, heard it begin heating. Turnes thermostat to 74 and humidistat to 40, wated for sysrem to begin cooling.
11/2/16: Bushes do not appear to be trimmed. No new mulch down. Sending photos.
11/2/16: Yard on the left side of home now dry.
11/2/16: Brought in several pieces mail, some may be important so I am sending photos.
11/2/16: Applied 1/4 weed control.
11/1/16: Put Apple Cinnamon Airwick plugins in dining area and master boodroom, both on low for now. Bothe beds are Queen sized 60"x80". Masterbedroom does not have a mattress or box springs.
11/1/16: Brought in several pieces of mail.
11/1/16: Started car, spoke with John via phone. Water main on per client.
11/1/16: Brought several palm fronds and coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 80 degrees. Meter reads 81.5 degrees and 56.8% humidity.
11/1/16: Brought palm fronds to front yard for pick up. Both gates on right side of home open. Put down new mouse bait others were gone. Shed fine.
10/31/16: Upstairs thermostat read 80 set at 80 degrees. Meter reads 79.9 degrees and 55.5% humidity.
10/31/16: Pool skimmer making sucking noise but pool level is to the middle of the intake port. Pool has lots of small debris floating on top, appears skimmer may not be working properly. Trim needs installed, tile floor needs fonal cleaning still has film on it. Light in hall and garage on when I arrived, turned off. Water main was on as well.
10/31/16: Brought in mail.
10/28/16: Del-Air tech to have been here ar 11:30am now 11:45am. Decided to provide inspection today rather than next Tuesday to save money. The humidity outside is UNDER 60% and the temperature is 80.0 degrees.
10/26/16: Hime was clean nicely. Turned on pool heater set to 88 degrees. Moved plants back out into pool area. Searched for snake found none. Brought in mail and 2 packages. Set AC to 74. Turned on all brwakers that were off.
10/25/16: Applied 1/4 gallon weed control. Master bedroom set at 85 reads 79 degrees. Meter reads 49.7% humidity 80.5 degrees.
10/25/16: Garage dry and normal.
10/25/16: Lawn mown looks nice, still lots of weeds in back yard.
10/24/16: Weeds are much better. Vines are worse sending photo. Mud dober nest inside mailbox, I sprayed it and will remove next inspection when dry.
10/24/16: Boat in drive.
