Displaying Are Records 27051 to 27075 of 28068

12/13/16: Water leak iguest bath sent photos and called client.
12/12/16: Lights were on in the kitchen, I shut them off. Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 77 degrees. Meter reads 60.4% humidity and 76.7 degrees.
12/12/16: Electrical receptacle hanging out from the wall sending photo.
12/6/16: The high humidity registering on my meter is probably a direct result of the AC being turned off and we have had some relatively warm and humid days recently.
12/6/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 80 degrees. Meter reads 80.1 degrees and 62.8% humidity. I turned both thermostats down to see if they cooled and they did. The high humidity could be a symptom of the weather outside in the thermostat's not kicking in as frequently. Brought 1 palm frond and 2 coconuts to the road for pick up. Turned the irrigation system on per Hubert.
12/6/16: Met appraiser at home. Placed the cover on pool.
12/5/16: Floor completed nicely.
12/5/16: Heat circuit breaker off, AC units not running, turned on and waited for AC unit to begin to work. Call Larry to reposition camera.
12/5/16: Found the garage light on. I do not use any light during my inspections as I bring a high powered LED flashlight. Too lightly browned areas in the grass in the front yard or their last inspection no worse no better must be that time of year and housing area gets water.
12/5/16: Quite a few weeds growing in the mulch and stones srrounding the home. Do you have the lawn company contracted to spray these?
12/5/16: Stared car
11/30/16: Pulled a Hughes exterminator sign from yard. Brought in several pieces of mail and Hughes bill on the door knob. Watered plants on lanai and by the outside spigot. Watered plants inside home by doors.
11/30/16: Shrubs cut sending photos.
11/30/16: French drain contractor was installing the drains. Sliding glass door to patio was not locked?
11/30/16: Pool level too low right at the bottom of the skimmer port.
11/30/16: Water valve for master bath toilet leaking. Cleaned up water, none reached bedroom carpet. Turned valve off which stopped leak. Turned thermostat to 75 oer clients suggestion to combat higher humidity levels in home. Stayed in home until AC had dropped humidity below 60%.
11/29/16: Started car. Brought in 3 packages sitting outside the door.
11/29/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 77 degrees. Meter reads 78.3 degrees and 56.6% humidity. Brought 2 palm fronds and 5 coconuts to front for pick up.
11/28/16: Paintet was working in master bedroom area. Slider in livingroom unlocked, I locked it. Painter said she never opened, so I must assume the door has not been locked for several days. Kitchen sink valves off so I didn't know why and did not turn back on, need to speak with contrators as to why.
11/28/16: Quite a bit of foilage debris in the yard and around front tree. All yards have some debris, neighbors lawn is very brown in many spots. Appears as if lawn company is failing on their duties.
11/28/16: Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 76 degrees. Meter reads 52.9% humidity and 76.5 degrees
11/21/16: Moved thermostat back to 76 which is what it had been set at.
11/21/16: Turned thermostat down to 74. Turned all circuit breakers on, set appliance clocks. Left water main on.
11/21/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 72 degrees. Meter reads 73.5 degrees and 43.9% humidity. Removed Truley Nolan sign from yard.
11/21/16: Vines still not cut. Turtle hole appears dormant.
