8/29/18: The air-conditioning system is not working the condensation evacuation tube is full and the switch is shutting it off. I texted and sent photo but Also below.8/29/18: Alarm went off when I went inside it reset and went off but when I opened the front door it went off again.
8/29/18: The pool water level is over the skimmer port, draining is recommended. Weeds are getting more aggressive see photos below.
8/29/18: Found gate open, closed it before departure.
8/29/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports. Moved dehumidistat from 64% to 60% to mitigate the humidity levels.
8/29/18: The soffit just to the left of the garage entry door is lifted see photo below. This could indicate simply the wind blew it apart for it it could also indicate that a pest of some sort did the damage. Pest could be a bat or fruit rat or something of that nature. I found no evidence or sound to indicate either.
8/29/18: Ran the irrigation system. There are weeds at the base of the trees in the backyard however the rest of the landscaping has a few leads but not bad as pictures indicate below. Why they don’t treat the weeds around the trees is a puzzle to me.
8/28/18: The deadbolt was not locked. I found a key on the counter, see photo below. There is no key box on the main entry door knob but still one on the shed door.
8/28/18: The smell of gasoline in the garage was much worse today, I kept the side door open for ventilation.
8/28/18: Lowered the thermostat from 80 to 70 degrees to help mitigate the humidity.
8/28/18: Light mildew on the front seats of the SUV.
8/28/18: Water main valve was on upon arrival. I know it was off when I last left because I lock my car before the inspection and then hang the ke fob on the water main. This means I cannot even open my car doors let alone drive away before the water is turned off.
8/28/18: Brown spots have not worsened, I feel they’re getting plenty of water as I can feel the moisture when I walk the lawn. Sending mail. Detector is still chirping.
8/28/18: Watered the one plant on the lanai.
8/28/18: Found a package at the front door pictures below
8/27/18: Pulled weeds on lanai.
8/27/18: Treated new weeds on lanai.
8/27/18: Garbage disposal leaking.
8/27/18: Weeds growing out of cracks of lanai area, as described in past reports.
8/27/18: I watered the plants on the lanai. The past two times I’ve open the front door water has dripped down on man I just a little bit what is that a water so much so that I get wet and the floor gets wet. I’m taking photos of water that still sitting on the top ledge of the door jam something is not right. Photos below.
8/27/18: Many dead ants again in hallway leading to the garage, I swept them up. Toilets in two guest bathrooms have notes do not flush.
8/27/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side master bathroom sink stopper will not open. Half a dozen bug droppings in guest tub see photo below.
8/27/18: Weeds growing in landscaping and concrete cracks as reported in past report with photos.
8/27/18: While the humidity in your home is above 60% it’s not that much over so I’ve opted not to make any adjustments especially when humidity is always higher in the morning and the rest of the day. The only suggestion I may have is that we move the thermostat down to around 75°. What this will do is ensure that the dehumidistat set it set it at 50% control the thermostat more than what it is right now. The reason is The thermostat is reading 78 set at 78 so the system is shut off regardless of what the dehumidistat wants. If we move that thermostat down to 75° most certainly it would never be 75° inside but the dehumidistat within the controlling more of the humidity issues.
8/24/18: Photo below of the spot on ceiling of the garage.
