Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/11/18: The watermain was off upon arrival I did not turn on because of worry as to what condition the contractors had Left piping. All sinks, tubs shower heads removed. Humidity is high because of all the exposed walls and ceilings pulling in moisture from areas that would normally be sealed and insulated. Photos below of the progress. One picture below shows moisture dripping from vent diffuser net to the kitchen area.10/11/18: Upstairs humidity 63.5% and temp 78.2 degrees.
10/11/18: Met 2 techs from Grande Air to perform 6 month service. I did your service call one day early to help keep costs down.
10/10/18: Garbage cans out in front of garage door, I brought them into the garage. No car in the garage. Hose hanging from the front door photo below, brought inside and put on table inside door.
10/10/18: The pool cage screens will need cleaning. Pulled many weeds on the lanai.
10/10/18: Pulled as many weeds as possible however could not treat due immediate threat of rain.
10/10/18: Brown spot in the front yard is the same. Pool cage screens are not yet repaired.
10/10/18: Error message on security monitoring system screen photo below. Couldn’t leave right away the security system had firmware to download, install and reboot system.
10/10/18: The AC system is short cycling again as the condensation evac tube is full of water again photo below. Humidity is extremely high need to have an AC person look at this.
10/10/18: Photo of bushes out back growing against your home below.
10/10/18: Debris on roof as documented in past reports.
10/10/18: The pool water level is over the skimmer port, draining is recommended. Weeds are getting more aggressive as documented in past photos. One screen has come loose, photo below. Humidity is a bit high but still acceptable.
10/10/18: Car cover looks good. The tile on the lanai has popped up pictures below.
10/10/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports.
10/10/18: Debris on roof appears it may be growing there, as previously reported. The dome lens from the street light was in your front yard, photo below. I stacked them at the pole and will call city.
10/10/18: The higher humidity may just be morning humidity I ran the AC and it was cooling, 62.2% is not ideal but acceptable.
10/10/18: Pool drain cover flipped over, see photo below. A few more dead ants in guest bathroom but not as many as last service call. I turned the thermostat down 1° to help mitigate higher humidity.
10/9/18: Piece of siding at peak of roof was partially loose, I pushed it back in place. I had to use your step ladder in the garage to reach this as it was near the gable of that end of your house.
10/9/18: Put garbage containers inside the garage.
10/9/18: Started the car and it idled during the service call.
10/9/18: Ran the lanai shutters up and down.
10/9/18: Pulled a couple dozen weeds in the pool cage area.
10/9/18: Weeds growing in stones of pool area as well as the front sidewalk pavers. Turned the irrigation system to auto as requested by client.
10/8/18: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube.
10/8/18: Front door electronic door keypad worked and unlocked. Pulled a dozen or so weeds on the lanai.
