Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/8/18: Pulled 2 dozen weeds on lanai. Just about every time I check your pool I find the child safety gate not latched, photo below. Put to down spout ends back on, see photo below.
10/8/18: Weeds are dead on the lanai.
10/8/18: No water fell from the top of the door today. I watered the plants on the lanai.
10/8/18: Packages at front door, I brought them inside. Front exterior electrical outlet box is off. You have hundreds of ants working from the ground to exposed box/wires. Ants gravitate to electrical current. I do not see any live ants on the interior of this area of your home. Some digging in the landscaping on the left side of home but no hole is evident. Pool level is low but not critically low.
10/8/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Weeds taking over landscaping, notated on last report. The lawnmowing company appears not to be picking up sticks and branches that have fallen from your tree in back as well they’re collecting them under the tree in back. What appears to be an armadillo den has been dug in the left back corner or your home, photos below.
10/8/18: I found 6-12 dead love bugs inside, I did not find but a few live love bugs on the outside of your home.
10/8/18: The deadbolt was locked on the front door but not the knob. The door leading to the garage was not locked.
10/5/18: Right side master bathroom sink fixture leaks, I have tagged it to make you aware upon your return.
10/5/18: Chipped away quite a bit of ice from the door of the freezer it was almost frozen shut again. The master bath toilet is leaking where the tank meeta the stool when flushed I have tagged both the tank and where it leaks.
10/5/18: Gate was locked.
10/5/18: I ran the spa for duration of visit, turning off before departure. Weeds growing in lanai pavers.
10/5/18: Palm plant left of driveway snapped off, photo below. Not sure if this is your plant or the neighbor’s.
10/5/18: Water main was on upon arrival.
10/5/18: The roof was being cleaned when I arrived, the water was on and they were using it. When I left the water was still on as they were still using it. I didn’t ask if they were busy but assuming they are going to power wash the pool deck when they’re finished with the roof? Photos below include the leak at the pool pump it seems to be getting worse.
10/5/18: Photo below of the spot on ceiling of the garage.
10/4/18: The front hall smoke detector is chirping, the battery needs to be replaced.
10/4/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. I am unsure if the leak has been repaired. The outside water main valve has not. Based on this I did not run water today.
10/4/18: Client requests no water to be ran.
10/4/18: Water is off at unit 2004. Removed both Damp-Rid bags replaced master bedroom closet only as I am out of new bags.
10/4/18: The tire inflation warning light was on and just looking at the front tires I saw they were low. The driver side was much lower than the other. I brought my air compressor and filled each but I would suggest you have some look at these tires when you return.
10/4/18: I found it more dead bees upstairs somewhere between three and four dozen. There were also 3 to 5 live is inside the upstairs. I contacted Ginnie at property management she’s going to have pest-control look at it again.
10/4/18: The battery charger is now working and charging the car.
10/4/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
10/4/18: Replaced Damp-Rid bags in the SUV.
10/4/18: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai.
