Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/24/18: Debris on roof as documented in past reports.
10/24/18: Brought in the package from the door step.
10/24/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports.
10/24/18: Debris on roof appears it may be growing there, as previously reported. The dome lens from the street light was not picked up by the city.
10/24/18: A few more dead ants in guest bathroom but not as many as last service call. I turned the thermostat back up to 80° as humidity is better. Photo of yard guests below.
10/24/18: Back bushes and trees have not yet been cut. I pulled a Massey lawn service sign from your yard.
10/24/18: The cold water valve for the right side sink in the master bathroom is spinning I’m not opening the valve. Some tile is separating from the wall in the guest bathroom, see photo below.
10/23/18: A/C filter needs replaced (20x20x1).
10/22/18: Brought in Home Team pest control work order from from door jam. The road out front have just been paved so I did not pull into the driveway.
10/22/18: Pulled several dozen weeds on the lanai.
10/22/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Sprinkler head laying in back yard but couldn’t find where it came from. Brown spot out front. Weeds taking over landscaping, notated on last report. The lawnmowing company appears not to be picking up sticks and branches that have fallen from your tree in back as well they’re collecting them under the tree in back. Nothing has been in or out of the animal den as the several small twigs in the entry have not been moved. I ran the dishwasher and the electri shutter in back up then down.
10/19/18: Right side master bathroom sink fixture leaks, I have tagged it to make you aware upon your return. Back passenger side tire is down a few pounds of air.
10/19/18: No car under carport. Guest bathroom toilet fill valve is very slow in filling the tank.
10/19/18: Gate was locked. Camper is back in driveway. I pulled an undated Hobson’s Pest Control sign from the front yard.
10/19/18: I ran the spa for duration of visit, turning off before departure. Weeds growing in lanai pavers as previously reported. Debris at the bottom of the pool. AC air handler is dripping on to cabinet below, see photos.
10/19/18: The swell out front has been cleared, photos below.
10/19/18: Water main was on upon arrival again, off upon departure.
10/19/18: A plant was blown over on the lanai, I straightened it upright and put stones back inside. Water main was on upon arrival, off upon departure.
10/19/18: The water was on upon arrival, off upon departure. Pulled an undated Hoskins Pest control sign from front yard. The dehumidifier fell over in the garage, photos below. I believe I found a temporary way to stabilize the dehumidifier photo below. Plastic pipe fittings all around the pool edge see photos bey.
10/19/18: Photo below of the spot on ceiling of the garage.
10/18/18: FedEx letter was sent on the table outside the front door I brought it inside but it’s addressed to the past owner. I was thinking maybe you would have their address and we can somehow get it to her.
10/18/18: The front hall smoke detector is chirping, the battery needs to be replaced.
10/18/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced. The lanai screen that fell out several weeks ago fell out again and damaged the lower screen as well as its corners photo below.
10/18/18: At this point I believe it’s necessary to bring in someone to clean your unit from the mess the bees have made. There are dozens upon dozens of dead bees upstairs photos below. And there are dead bees throughout the unit as many as a dozen on the kitchen floor and dining room floor. I found no live at bees at this point.
10/18/18: Water is off at unit 2004. Brought pack oat front door inside, photos below.
