Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,000 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/3/18: The front door knob was locked but not the dead bolt. I found a boat at your dock and someone working on it. He identified himself as your neighbor, photo below.
11/29/18: Poured water in master bath shower drain.
11/29/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced.
11/29/18: All the cabinet doors and drawer fronts were removed. Carpet torn up from steps.
11/29/18: Water is on at unit 2004.
11/29/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
11/29/18: The garbage disposal was very difficult to get freed to run it has been so blessed several times. A few inspection back I sprayed a little WD-40 in there. The disposal is very loud almost to a clanging noise. I have tagged the faucet and will not run anymore.
11/29/18: Water was on upon arrival contractor was in Bathroom finishing trim. Since they were there I left the water main on.
11/29/18: Front hall smoke detector is chirping which means the battery should be changed.
11/28/18: There is an armadillo hole dug in the plant just to the right of your front screen door. The photos below will show that is so fresh you can still see the tracks across the sidewalk.
11/28/18: Door to garage is locked. Work has been started on the lanai kitchen, photo below.
11/28/18: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates. Two letters in the mailbox, photo below.
11/28/18: Poured bleach down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Battery dead on car could not start.
11/28/18: A letter from the tax collector was in the mailbox photo below
11/28/18: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. Several fire ant hills in the yard and landscaping.
11/28/18: The fern inside the gate in the pot is all but dead, it is very yellow, photo below. There are two other plants on that side of the house are dead or dying as well. Pull an undated Custom Lawn & Ornamental Pest Control sign from the front yard.
11/28/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub true and water into. Pool level was very low 1 inch above the bottom of the skimmer port, even though the pump is running I cannot see water being pulled into the skimmer. I ran the water hose into the pool entire time I was here but it only brought it up Am inch o less. There is a bunch of debris floating on top of the water small bounce things in that nature and nothing is getting pulled in then I can see it so I think it needs to be looked at.

11/28/18: The lawn is long and needs to be cut very soon. Weeds are overtaking the landscaping.
11/28/18: Guest bathroom toilet issue photo below, found it this way. I found some bleach in the laundry room to pour in the stool. Utility room light was on , I turned off. Pulled a few weeds on the lanai.
11/28/18: Watered exterior potted plants. Client put in a three way call to the alarm company so we could check error message.
11/27/18: I pulled several weeds on the lanai.
11/27/18: The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed.
11/27/18: Turned thermostat to 75 degrees and dehumidistat down to 20.
11/27/18: Too windy to treat weeds, pulled as many as possible.
