Displaying Are Records 24476 to 24500 of 28802

4/16/19: Brought wind chime in from the lanai as requested, placed on the bed.
4/15/19: I one piece of mail may be important, photo below. There may be a mouse or some sort of pest that has dug a den under the concrete out back that supports the pool equipment, see photo below.
4/15/19: Lowered the thermostat 1 degree to help mitigate humidity level.
4/15/19: Brought trash cans inside the garage. Lights were on inside the garage. Picked up file to mail to client as requested.
4/15/19: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates. SUV in garage. Weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway pavers and front sidewalk.
4/11/19: Lower level readings temp 74.9 and humidity 56.9%. Checked fridge items all fine. Brought large green trash container to the side of the garage and lined up with recycling bin. The water heater circuit breaker was on I turned it off.
4/10/19: The one piece of art on the lanai blew off it’s screw onto the pavers, photo below. The mailbox was missing from this post I found it behind the pillar next to the front door it is damaged. I took photos below and then put both the piece of art and the mailbox inside the garage. There’s furniture inside the home I can’t remember but I don’t think was there last time, photos below. The lawn out front is browning a bit but that is the type of grass that it is it will bounce back once the rainy season kicks in.
4/10/19: Moved plant from inside the home to out back by the shed as requested.
4/10/19: Photo of fruit tree out back below.
4/10/19: I brought in several pieces of mail not appear to be important. You still have red bugs primarily out in back on the shed. The back gate was not latched and swinging in the wind, photo below.
4/10/19: Brought 4 palm fronds to the front for pick up. There is quite a bit of mole activity in the front and right side yard. A trees could be trimmed example photo below.
4/10/19: I left the water main valve on as requested, I also turned the water heater on as well. Double checked to ensure neither toilet or water fixtures were not running.
4/10/19: The exterior door of the lanai was not locked, photo of door below so you’l Know which was not locked.
4/10/19: Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose. No SUV in the garage. I used booties inside as requested, I used disposables I brought with me. Several palm pods are ready to be cut before they make a mess in your landscaping, photo of 2 below.
4/9/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube.
4/8/19: Photo below of the plants we water each time we come as they are turning browner each visit as well don’t know they will make it. I move the thermostat back to 78° based on the lower humidity inside the home today.
4/8/19: Moved the dehumidistat down to 60 from 65 to help mitigate the higher humidity.
4/8/19: Gate was locked.
4/5/19: EXAMPLE REPORT!! Client wants water to remain OFF during service calls.
4/3/19: Took several photos sending via email. The pool work has begun photos below. Fun in several pieces of mail only one looked slightly interesting it may be a card or invitation photo below
4/3/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Removed two True Green signs undated from the front yard, photo below.
4/3/19: Humidity is running a bit higher today so I turn the dehumidistat back to 60% I left the thermostat set at 70 but it was reading 73° inside and the system was not running so when I turned it down to 60% on the dehumidistat the system kicked in and started to run to only run until the humidity is below a reading of 60% on the dehumidistat Which should remedy the borderline higher humidity.
4/3/19: The fan in the master bedroom closet was set up so as to run all the time, in the past we had it running several hours but then shutting off as well so I set the timer up to run from 10 AM to 4 PM and then it shuts off overnight. The bathroom lights were on in the master bedroom bath shut them off. Ran the water in the kitchen sink found no leaks whatsoever under the sink.
4/3/19: Kitchen looks GREAT! I love the white cabinets that’s what we put in our house. Pulled a Lawn Care Extrodinaire sign dated today and a Truly Nolen sign date 3/25 from your front lawn.
4/2/19: Debris has not been disturbed in the armadillo hole out front So it may not be active. Photos of trees out front below. Changed power tool battery near front door as requested. Moved charger cord to other chair in library area as requested.
