Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,020 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/1/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 49.5% humidity 80.3 temp; Master bath hall 49.9% and 79.8 temp.5/1/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level, photos below. TV cable down and placed in front of garage door photos below. Slight damage to roof above pool pump area.
5/1/19: I did test the AC is cooling. There is some digging in the yard. Moved thermostat down to 78.
4/30/19: Conference call with client and AT&T to diagnose front camera issue. One of the master bedroom closet lights were on and turned it off. I placed a few plant leafs in the front Tuttle hole to monitor turtle activity. Looked at water damage under HVAC unit in the garage, that is old damage and not wet that I can see. Photos of these items below.
4/30/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
4/29/19: Brought trash bins inside garage walked around house
4/29/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube
4/29/19: I moved the thermostat back to 78° based on the lower humidity inside the home. Water main was on upon arrival, light was on in the laundry and garage. Door to garage was not locked. Alarm was disarmed upon arrival.
4/29/19: Changed power tool battery near front door as requested. Moved charger cord to other chair in library area.
4/29/19: MB Window sills have that bugs on them pictures below. Small debris pile at baseboard under living room window when pressed the baseboard moves, photo below.
4/29/19: The grass and especially the front yard is still the same. Weeds growing on the lanai, photos below. Master bath tub had tinted water to begin, ran until clear, photo below.
4/29/19: Front alarm system sign is broken, photo below.
4/28/19: Provided access for Don and Kathy Ketterhagen to take pictures of the interior of the home. Turned the AC up to 78 degrees, turned the water heater off at the circuit breaker, checked all doors and windows and placed the water main valve to an off position.
4/27/19: Drive by to check garage door, checked all doors and windows
4/25/19: The water main valve was open upon arrival I closed it. The storage room was unlocked upon arrival I locked it. The upstairs thermostat was set to 80° in due to a little higher humidity up there I lowered it to 78° matching the downstairs thermostat. I removed the batteries from remotes that still had them in.
4/25/19: The half bath sink has very low water pressure. The water was coming out very dirty, see photos below. I ran all fixtures until it cleared and flushed the toilets 4 times each.
4/25/19: Beth Henson is cleaning skip today’s service per client
4/25/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
4/24/19: Went back to check pool level (mid skimmer port) and closed the main water valve.
4/24/19: Brought trash containers inside the garage and closed the water main valve.
4/24/19: Your pool skimmer was sucking air water was right at the bottom of the skimmer Port. I turn the water on and ran the hose into the pool entire time I was here I’ve got some homes yet to do so I’m gonna let her run and then come back because it is dangerously low. The master bath toilet seat underside in around the rim Had mold growing around it I cleaned it off and left the lid in the seat up. Photos below. These kind of issues and more can be averted with a more frequent service schedule. Replacing a pool pump motor can cost you many hundreds of dollars.
4/24/19: The bee situation is no worse than last time I was here. Should probably get Jodi back inside to clean them up.
4/24/19: I brought in several pieces of mail none appear to be important. You still have red bugs primarily out in back on the shed. The back gate was not latched and swinging in the wind, photo below. A few more areas under the soffit that are lifted up, photos below.
4/24/19: Plant that I moved outside had tipped over, so I blocked it in an upright position. The dining room lamp was on when I arrived I turned it off. The fan was running on the lanai I turned it off.
4/24/19: Got your note and check, will schedule furnace replacements on suggested dates.
