Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,032 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/27/19: Found two fans running one in the great room and one on the lanai is this what you wanted or should we shut off. Watered all new palm trees in the yard. Found a torn screen in the pool cage photo below. Found one piece of mail thought you might want to know about photo below.5/24/19: Drove by to make sure there was power at the home. AC system was running the pool pump is running in the fridge is cold. No tripped circuits.
5/24/19: Lawn needs mowed. Dead love bugs by both sliding glass doors in living rooms swept up see photos below. Brought in several pieces of mail one appeared to be important see photo below. Emptied and turned off icemaker.
5/24/19: The gate on the left side of your home was open. Ac not cooling shut off at thermostat.
5/24/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube. Dehumidifier reading was 48.
5/24/19: Alarm keypad was beeping before front door was opened.
5/24/19: Water main is to remain off per client. Found what appears to be several dead flying ants by sliding glass doors in living room and swept them up see photo below. Removed full damp rid bags from closets couldn’t find replacements.
5/24/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.
5/24/19: No display on thermostat could not get ac to come on. Changed damprids & left lock box on front door.
5/24/19: Put 1 cap-full of perfect weekly in pool.
5/23/19: Brought garbage containers inside the garage. Checked to ensure all doors and windows were locked and the water main was closed.
5/23/19: Stopped back by to check humidity levels. Upstairs 53.9%, downstairs 53.7%.

5/23/19: Package by front door brought inside. See photo below.
5/23/19: Started car idled during service call. Bottom front door handle not locked. Had to flush guest bathroom toilet 5 times to clear up yellow water.
5/23/19: Water is off at 2004.
5/23/19: Turned off salt lamp in MB.
5/23/19: Humidity level is still high, I moved the downstairs and upstairs dehumidistats down to 55% to help mitigate humidity level.
5/23/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off. Plugged in all xfinity boxes. Removed butter from fridge.
5/22/19: The valve above the water heater has a very, very slow drip more than likely causing the corrosion on it. See photo below.

5/22/19: Found sawdust under guest bathroom sink, cleaned up will check next service. See photo below.
5/22/19: Areca palm in front growing into soffits could use a trim see photo below. Gate was open again see photo below.

5/22/19: Pool pump is not running could not find any tripped circuit breakers. Debris floating on top of water see photo below. Found corroded batteries in remote in living room see photo below.
