Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,689 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/14/19: Water main is broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets.8/14/19: No mailbox.
8/14/19: Watered plant inside. Freed the disposal to run again. Weeds growing in the pool area see photo below.
8/13/19: Landscapers were present and trimming the bushes by the front entrance photo of trimmed bushes below.
8/13/19: Found an invoice from American pest control folded up inside the weather stripping of the exterior garage door. See photo below.
8/13/19: Removed truly nolen sign from yard dated 8/6. Brought in one pool service slip dated 8/8.
8/13/19: Turned the irrigation system off. A gutter is leaking from the seam in the back pool lanai area and staining the pavers see photos below.
8/13/19: Alarm keypad was beeping upon arrival. Living room sliding glass doors were unlocked. I changed the thermostat back to the previous setting of 75 as instructed to by Bill.
8/13/19: Brought in eight pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
8/13/19: Trees & bushes on the left & right side of the house are starting to grow into the soffits, front entrance may need to be trimmed again as well. See photos below.
8/13/19: Picked up 0 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. Vines growing in landscape beds see photos below.
8/13/19: Used company issued booties inside. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose. Removed home team pest defense sign from yard dated 8/12.
8/12/19: Ran shutter up and down, watered plants
8/12/19: Turned water on main ground box, when water is on it leaks at the relief valve between the two new above ground shut offs. When I turned the water off above ground, no leak but needs attention before turning on full time.
8/12/19: Removed batteries numerous controls
8/12/19: Cleaned up gecko droppings from the dining room area floor.
8/12/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube.
8/12/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping.
8/12/19: No plant on the kitchen counter to water.
8/12/19: Brought several pieces of mail. Three large dead bugs, kitchen area 2 master bedroom 1
8/12/19: Dehumidifier running and draining well. Water to remain off per client.
8/12/19: Nothing has changed since last visit. Humidity & temperature levels were 48.6% & 78.7.
8/12/19: Client wants water to remain OFF during service calls.
8/12/19: Watered 3 interior trees.
8/12/19: Too many weeds on the lanai to pull all of them over 50, but I pulled the larger ones.
