Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,689 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/12/19: Work was performed in the master bedroom on the wall see photo below.8/12/19: Pulled a half dozen weeds on the lanai.
8/12/19: Dehumidifier read 48. Smoke detector in kitchen hallway is chirping.
8/12/19: Dehumidifier read 55. Ran shutters up and down.
8/12/19: Breaker off for disposal with black tape over it indicating home owner does not want it on. We have placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Pulled 2 dozen weeds on the lanai.
8/12/19: Ran shutters up & down.
8/12/19: Dehumidifier reading 46. Ran shutters up & down.
8/9/19: The ac is working correctly, I put the settings back to 73 & 50% on the dehmidistat. Temperature & humidity readings were 45.7% & 79.3. Photos of ceiling, floors & roof below. Attic insulation was tracked throughout the house.
8/9/19: Toilets in master bathroom & guest bathroom fill very slowly.
8/9/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
8/9/19: I found the thermostat set to 85 and the dehumidistat set to zero, it has been set to 79° and the dehumidistat set to zero all summer long. The humidity is extremely high so I turned it back to the old setting. Many leaves in the pool, photo below.
8/9/19: Ac is working correctly. Photo of balcony tile work progress see below.
8/9/19: Ran the shutters up then down. Weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway pavers, photos below. Put insurance card in glove box of the SUV.
8/9/19: Lower level readings temp 86.5 and humidity 45.0%.
8/9/19: Spa level down one full clear block photo below. Brought two AAA batteries to put in the garage door keypad it now opens and closes. Brought back garage door opener put in car. Brought insurance card put in car.
8/9/19: Replaced both air filters.
8/9/19: Checked attic space upstairs. Downstairs half bathroom toilet runs occasionally needs new flapper it has been tagged and valve shut off.
8/9/19: Poured 4 oz of vinegar down AC condensation evacuation tube. Found a colony of ants working along the power in piping for the outdoor kitchen, photo below. I would suggest call your pest control company.
8/9/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
8/8/19: Master bathroom toilet is leaking from the tank to bowl seal when flushed a few seconds after the flush. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
8/8/19: Watered plant that is in the kitchen sink. Wiped moisture around refrigerator doors.
8/8/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, photos below. It did not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely.
8/8/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
8/8/19: Client requests no water to be ran.
8/8/19: Water is off at 2004.
