Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,689 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/15/19: Several large dead cockroaches on floors. Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. Recommend cleaning8/15/19: I found the white over the kitchen sink upon arrival I shut it off. I found the front guest bedroom window not latched and open about 1/8 of an inch. I closed and latched. I found three of the windows in the breakfast nook not completely seated and latched. I pushed them completely down and I heard them latch. I found one of the windows to the far left in the dining room not completely down and not latched. I push this window down until it latched. I have several photos attached to this report which will serve as baseline photos and you may already know all of these issues but I want to have a record of them in our system. There is a concern under the breakfast nook window area oh bubbling paint it appears as if it had gotten wet at one point or maybe a window has leaked. In the guest bedroom as you first walk in to the right the padding under the carpet is missing and some baseboards are removed. I assume this is from some past water leak issue and you are aware of it. On the fridge exterior door there’s a photo of what appears to be some sort of yellowish material that has oozed out from under, it’s hard in a little bit bubbly.
8/15/19: Half bathroom toilet runs continuously, probably needs a new tank flapper. Turned off at valve.
8/15/19: Glass has been cleaned up on lanai. Brought in three pieces of mail see photos below.
8/14/19: Meet xFinity service tech to install alarm system. Tech arrived at 10:30am. Took lunch at 3:30pm. Returned at 4:45pm closed and locked home at 8:15pm. Minus one hour as I ran to PGI for Bucur's water leak.
8/14/19: Special trip charge 3:30pm-4:30pm to check out water leak.
8/14/19: Met with the ac technician Jason from licensed to chill and let him into the residence for the ac repair. The ac is now working correctly.
8/14/19: Front living room area 89.1 humidity 52.5%
8/14/19: Shed doors are painted shut.
8/14/19: Possible Armadillo making hole in bushes beside shed
8/14/19: Brought in hoses & timers to the garage, left one hose out for the baby orange tree.
8/14/19: Turned off valve after flushinG both toilets.
8/14/19: Changed damp rid, no bugs
8/14/19: Alarm was activated upon entry. Areca palm in front is growing into the soffits see photo below.
8/14/19: Shoe covers worn, no problems to report

8/14/19: Ran spa during visit,off upon departure turned water off 2 places
8/14/19: Pine needles are building up on the roof & gutters in front see picture below.
8/14/19: 1 large dead bug master bedroom 3 in guest, picked up Hoskins pest sign lying in yard
8/14/19: Gate was locked.
8/14/19: Humidity level is high & the ac is blowing out warm air from the vents.
8/14/19: Nothing has changed since last visit. Humidity & temperature readings were 47.6% & 77.9.
8/14/19: Pool pump is still leaking from multiple locations which is worse then before see photos below.
8/14/19: Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds see photo below. Large amount of fire ant activity on the front porch.
