Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,424 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/23/19: Can’t access breaker panel in garage. Lamps in living room and master bedroom were on. Checked boat straps. A red truck was in the driveway again. A package was at the front door which I brought inside see photo below. Bushes on the left side of the house are blocking the walkway see photo below. Weeds growing in pavers see photo below.7/23/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
7/23/19: Watered the plant on the lanai.
7/23/19: Picked up 1 pieces of fruit from the yard. No important mail today, will send with next weeks mail. Caution tape was across the driveway see photo below.
7/23/19: Poured 1 oz of bleach in each toilet. Left water main on for pool auto leveler device installed. Master bathroom toilet has been tagged for supply line leak. Removed Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 7/9.
7/23/19: Garbage disposal not working, I checked the breaker panel and the reset button. Brought in one pool slip dated 7/17.
7/23/19: Master bathroom toilet flapper is leaking, It has been tagged and the water valve to toilet is shut off. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 73.0% & 83.0 degrees. Pool water level was low, I ran the water hose in it during the entire inspection and turned it off before leaving.
7/22/19: Brought in mail.
7/22/19: No mail
7/22/19: Watered plants pool area,met ac guy.
7/22/19: Humidity 66 lowered to AC to 78 to help mitigate humidity
7/22/19: Watered 3 interior trees.
7/22/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off. No mail
7/22/19: No mail, put vinegar down HVAC tube. Drove car.
7/22/19: Ran lanai shutters up and down
7/22/19: Numerous weeds growing in lanai pavers around the pool, needs spraying. More weeds in drive pavers too.
7/22/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube
7/22/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low as previously reported.
7/22/19: Started car let run during inspection
7/22/19: Tested irrigation system. Sprinkler head in backyard was working correctly during test.
7/22/19: Lawn mowed but brushes in need of trim, stains on ceilings front guest and master ceiling bedrooms no change
7/19/19: Garbage disposal is very loud. Bushes by front entrance need trimmed and weeds are growing in landscaping. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/19/19: Amazon package was at the front door, I brought it inside see photo below. The kitchen lights were on upon arrival.
7/19/19: Water main is to remain off per client.
7/19/19: Palm tree frond in front yard is growing into the soffits see photo below.
