Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,424 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/25/19: Replaced damp-rid bag in mb closet.
7/25/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked. Package from last inspection is in fridge, Matt put it in there last week Thursday.
7/25/19: Storage room door was open upon arrival, keys to the car were on top of the car and hood open see photos below.
7/25/19: Water heater off at circuit breakers.
7/25/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube.
7/25/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV.
7/24/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Turned off the irrigation timer. Removed a tru green sign from yard dated 7/17 & Hughes exterminators sign dated 7/15.
7/24/19: Took several photos sending via email. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Changed battery in one exterior security camera. Both dehumidifiers are working. Mud dauber activity on the exterior front entrance ceiling see photo below.
7/24/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 45.2% humidity 84.2 degrees temp; Master bath hall 44.2% humidity and 81.3 degrees temp.
7/24/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level.
7/24/19: Started the car, ran rinse cycle on dishwasher & poured vinegar in HVAC condensate drain line.
7/24/19: Pool bottom in need of vacuum, water appears to have a tinge of green, last two trips have stepped on nails left by roofers.
7/24/19: Tire very low rear passenger side of SUV
7/24/19: Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds. Found batteries in the kitchen and replaced four aa batteries in the alarm system keypad in the laundry room. Removed undated pest control sign from yard.
7/24/19: There is still evidence of some digging in the yard.
7/24/19: Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such.
7/24/19: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
7/24/19: Ac came on and is working correctly. Palm tree branches are growing against the pool cage screen see photo below.
7/24/19: Spa water level at optimal level.
7/23/19: Smoke alarm chirping needs battery
7/23/19: Added 1-2 oz of vinegar to HVAC condensation tube, did not flush toilets, wrapped in cellophane
7/23/19: Plant turned over in front. Set straight but raining too hard to take picture, strong winds these past few days.
7/23/19: Brought in six pieces of mail which appeared to be important, see photo below. Fence company was there installing new fence see photo of progress below.

7/23/19: Trees along right side walkway need to be trimmed back. Removed truly Nolan sign from yard dated 7/12.
