Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/2/19: Side door in guest bathroom was unlocked. Unplugged the water heater.
8/30/19: Closed house up, closed all clam shell shutters, turned off water, turned off breakers, put dehumidistat back on 40% & put plastic chain across the driveway.
8/28/19: Front temperature close to window 82.8,humidity 58.4
8/28/19: Numerous dead bugs, animal tunnel digging under shed area , again maybe armadillo, pictures
8/28/19: Back tire passenger side getting low, picture
8/28/19: Changed damp rid, 2bags left
8/28/19: Watered plant inside. Freed the disposal to run again. A smoke detector is chirping in the den area. Bushes on the front & right side of the house need to be trimmed see photos below. The right side sink in the master bedroom bathroom is leaking from the trap when water is running see photo below. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
8/28/19: Photos of roof & roof smart sign in the front yard. Garden hose by the water main was left in the on position when I turned the water on. Storm shutters may need to be put up around the house for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: No mailbox. The shutters on the pool lanai may need to be closed for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: Moved dehumidistat back to 55 as humidity level was acceptable

8/28/19: Pool pump is still leaking from multiple locations. Weeds are growing in the pavers & the lawn needs mowed see photos below. Items on the front porch my need to come in for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: Very few small bugs
8/28/19: Water main is broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets. Some items on the pool lanai may need to be brought in for hurricane prep see photo below.
8/28/19: Ran spa, disposed of several large dead bug
8/28/19: Ants are nesting in the hot tub see photo below. Items outside would need to be brought in for hurricane prep see photos below.
8/28/19: Pool water below skimmer, black pipe with crack at pump leaking, turned pump off,5 large dead bugs disposed of
8/28/19: The ac system is not working correctly, the air handler is blowing warm air from the vents & the condenser is not turning on. I checked all the breakers. There is a high humidity level in the house. The front entrance light was on & the security alarm was disabled when I arrived.
8/28/19: The ac system is still working correctly.
8/28/19: Nothing has changed since the last visit. Living room & dining room are full of furniture from the master bedroom & closet. The furniture in the master bedroom is taken apart. The master bathroom shower is full of items from the bedroom etc.
8/27/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Brought in two pool service slips dated 8/15 & 8/22.
8/27/19: Bushes on both sides of the house need trimmed. Cleaned up several dead millipedes on the kitchen floor.
8/27/19: Put remote for the pool outside under the tv. Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Front lawn has some damage from a lawnmower see photo below. Weeds are growing in the pool pavers see photo below.
8/27/19: Picked up 0 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. The pool pump is still leaking.
8/27/19: Used company issued booties inside. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose.
