Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/27/19: Brought in several pieces of mail which eight appeared important see photo below. A lamp was on by the front door. Some bushes are touching the house and need to be trimmed see photo below.8/27/19: Turned the water heater breaker off. Master bedroom hallway side door to pool lanai was unlocked. There is a red Tesla in the garage.
8/26/19: Large dead bug master bedroom disposed of
8/26/19: Grass growing lanai area, large dead bug guest shower
8/26/19: Water on upon arrival, Jerry the painter was there, he will turn water off when is finished, and put AC back to 79
8/26/19: Water off upon arrival off upon departure
8/26/19: Water on upon arrival, off on departure, possibly someone was here, water bottle in master bedroom on floor that I don’t remember.
8/26/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. Removed problem solved pest sign dated 8/20 from the front yard.
8/26/19: Numerous lizard fecees, through out house, could not find point of entry, saw nothing live. Lowering humidistat to 55 to lower humidity
8/26/19: The ac system is working correctly.
8/26/19: Large dead bug master bedroom, ant nest in workout room, brought in mail
8/26/19: Front door keypad appears to need batteries, red flashing indicator on inside controller.
8/26/19: Opened up home for the client, turned water on, breakers & set ac thermostat to 75. There was a spot on the garage floor from a battery under the golf cart when I opened the garage door see photos below.
8/26/19: Bush in front entry area growing over sidewalk, picture below
8/26/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. Alarm went off immediately upon opening the door. I pulled several large weeds from the lanai pavers however there are hundreds of little closer like weeds growing in the cracks. The lanai should probably be treated for weeds.
8/26/19: Dehumidifier read 54.
8/26/19: Circuit breakers 25 and 26 tripped, I reset them. Breaker 25 is listed as entry foyer Den. Breaker 26 is listed as dining and nook. Pulled a half dozen weeds on the lanai.
8/26/19: Dehumidifier running and draining well
8/26/19: Large dead bug living room, small dead bug front entry pictures below. Turned dehumidistat to on lowered temp to 74 . AC ran during inspection, reset to thermostat to 78 and dehumidistat to 60
8/26/19: Breaker off for disposal with black tape over it indicating home owner does not want it on. We have placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Circuit breaker #28 tripped, I reset, it is marked master bedroom. Found over 6 dozen weeds on the lanai, pulled many of the larger ones but they a beginning to take over. Should be sprayed and/or sealed.
8/26/19: Live ants in master shower, pictures added, live ants living room, hedges and tree in need of trim
8/26/19: Poured a cup full of vinegar down the AC condensation evac tube. Spider and spider egg sacks remain all around your home as reported previously, should probably notify your pest control.
8/26/19: Dehumidifier reading 50.
8/26/19: The pool pump was running very loudly when I arrived, it had no water running through it and was very hot so I shut it off. The pool has plenty of water in it and the strainer bucket was not clogged with anything.
8/23/19: The ac is working correctly, temperature & humidity readings were 83.7 & 56.3%. The tarps have been removed from the roof top see photos below. Brought in one pool service slip dated 8/20. Nothing has changed wit the ceiling, cannot see any wet areas, the hole in the ceiling has not changed.
